  1. But if in the condition group I specify the specific sub folders it still doesn't work ?
  2. I use PrestaShop 1.5.3.1. I tried to set up a 25% discount on products in the category "clothes". This category is divided into further sub categories which is were the products are located. When I check my store the discount doesn't appear, it seems that the catalog price rule doesn't "find" the products in the sub categories ?
  3. Same problem here while trying to add values to an attribute; "An error occurred while creating object. attribute (Duplicate entry '4-1' for key 'PRIMARY')" Hope there is another solution apart from a complete reinstall ?
  4. Thanks for your quick reply ! It's in maintenance mode still, what's your IP so I can add it ?
  5. I used above mentioned footer code and it worked just fine. However the CMS block now looks brighter than the rest of the text on the footer (see attached screenshot), any idea on how to resolve this ?
  6. Perfect that resolved my problem, thanks a lot for the quick reply !
  7. When I try to place an order from the back office, after pressing "create the order" I get the following error message; (also see attached screen shot) Property OrderDetail->id_warehouse is empty at line 837 in file classes/ObjectModel.php My shop is in maintenance mode, I am still testing. I do not have advanced stock management enabled. Thanks in advance for your help. Kind Regards, Rogier.
  8. Yes it is always the same folders. The folders it accepts are set to permission 755. I have tried the same permission on the folders it does not accept but without effect.
  9. Hi Carl, I have just checked and yes the owner is the same every time. Rogier.
  10. Hi ! My host is Dreamhost. I did check to see if the permission changes had taken effect. Strange enough the permissions on the folders it considers configured correctly are set exactly the same as the one it says are not configured correctly.
  11. Hi, I am trying to install Prestashop (installed not in the root but in the /prestashop folder) but I can't get past the second step, System Compatibility. I have checked the permissions on the specified files and folders and tried both CHMOD 755, CHMOD 775 and even CHMOD 777 but the System Compatibility still states that my configuration is invalid ; Anyone else with the same problem ? Rogier.
