  1. SSL is enabled... No caching... I have not heard of any issues on the client side so far but then again I could be wrong and I am just behind from hearing. thanks
  2. vekia cannot login... it brings u back to the login screen... it only works on safari now, the latest firefox and chrome updates has broken the login functionality... Madhu
  3. Prestashop 1.5.6 The latest updates to chrome and firefox has broken the admin login to the back office. We are unable to login to the back office. Fortunately IE is still working. This needs to be fixed Madhu
  4. Hi Mike Geolocation is disabled, we never enabled it. So that cannot be an issue. MI
  5. Yes the problem exists in the default them too. PS version is 1.4.7.3 The sql query comes from the block category module and it does not have any value in the in() so it errors out. But if we uninstall the block category it still does not create an account, but now there are no errors which is odd. I can create an account from the backend and then add the address that works fine. But if I create an account with address and other fields all filed then it errors out and that too for non India address. So some setup has mucked the accoutn creation process and I am clueless what is causing it. Thanks MI
  6. Hi Folks We have been working on a store for over two months. We were running tests and noticed we could not create accounts if the country is not the local country. If you choose any country other than India in our case we end up with an error message. We have tried searching for the issue in bugs, forums etc and are clueless what is causing this. We also tried disabling all the external modules we had added. We also disabled the module Block Categories and the account creation still bombs out. There is nothing in the errror log or anything for us to look at. Can anyone help us out??? Our site is sweetcherry.in The error message is below. You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') GROUP BY id_category ORDER BY `level_depth` ASC, c.`position` ASC' at line 7 SELECT c.id_parent, c.id_category, cl.name, cl.description, cl.link_rewrite FROM `ps_category` c LEFT JOIN `ps_category_lang` cl ON (c.`id_category` = cl.`id_category` AND `id_lang` = 1) LEFT JOIN `ps_category_group` cg ON (cg.`id_category` = c.`id_category`) WHERE (c.`active` = 1 OR c.`id_category` = 1) AND `level_depth` <= 3 AND cg.`id_group` IN () GROUP BY id_category ORDER BY `level_depth` ASC, c.`position` ASC Thanks MI
