  1. Guys, I need your help. Hostgator recently enabled ssl for all my shops and those on PS 1.6 stopped working properly. I was trying to enable ssl in the PS back office after the change on their side but I was getting a blank page after saving changes. I managed to adjust it in database (PS_SSL_ENABLED changed to 1) and it changed nicely to green YES in PS back office but ssl is still not working. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the PS_SSL_ENABLED_EVERYWHERE in my db. How do I adjust the "Force the SSL on all the pages" directly in database for Prestashop 1.6.0.9?
  2. Hey there, if there is anyone who can provide a fix, please contact me with a quote. Thanks
  3. I have the same issue, is anybody working on a fix?
  4. I have the same issue here, please contact me if you are able to provide a paid fix, thanks
  5. PS 1.6.1.11 When using volume discounts and combinations with price impact the price for the impacted combination doesn't change to the correct one however the correct value/price is calculated/added to the cart and correct price is displayed in the volume discounts module on the product page. When I set the combination with price impact as a default - the correct price is displayed but only for this particular combination. Looks like a bug. Example: Product is available in 2 variations: 1GB (€5.80) and 2GB (€6.56), when 50 or more purchased there is a €0.22 discount applied. I created combinations where 2GB product is €0.76 more expensive than the 1GB one, I also created a specific price on the product page to apply €0.22 discount for purchases over 50qty. And here is what I get: 1GB product *1: €5.80 per unit 2GB product *1: €6.56 per unit 1GB product when *50qty: €5.58 per unit as expected 2GB product when *50qty: €5.58 per unit (have no idea why) but on the volume discount tab the correct value is displayed (€6.34) and when I add items to a cart the total price is also correct €317 (€6.34*50). Please see the attached.
  6. Anybody? It looks like a bug. Has anyone experienced pricing issues when combinations and volume discounts are used?
  7. Hey there, I'm trying to set up a discount for purchases over 50 units and all works fine even if combinations with price impact are added but the unit price displayed is incorrect. Here is what it looks like: Product is available in 2 variations: 1GB (€5.80) and 2GB (€6.56), when 50 or more purchased there is a €0.22 discount applied. Spent few hours on this already and I have a feeling that I am missing something super silly or perhaps I'm getting blind in my old age or is this a bug?
  8. Hey guys, I recently moved my shop from a test subdomain to a new domain and completely forgot that I used the full link structure when I was pointing to images in the product description. I obviously created all my products based on the first one and now I have nearly 1000 products with missing images x2 languages. Is there any way to change the link structure in phpmyadmin automatically or in bulk? Current img link structure: http://my.oldsite.com/img/cms/variousimagenames.jpg'>http://my.oldsite.com/img/cms/variousimagenames.jpg Should be changed to: /img/cms/variousimagenames.jpg by removing http://my.oldsite.com Simply want to remove the beginning: http://my.oldsite.com or replace my.oldsite.com with http://mynewsite.com
  9. Hey guys, have you ever seen this? I'm running a new PS 1.6 shop for couple of weeks and now realised that google have indexed my shop incorrectly. I can see number of links in google search results that are incorrect for example: http://mydomain.com/en/products/category/xx-product-name.html leading to 404 page not found error on my page while the correct link should be: http://mydomain.com/en/category/xx-product-name.html Why all my links in google results have /products/ in the structure? How to get rid of it? Also how to automatically redirect deleted products (categories, or any page) to right page?
  10. Any other solutions? I'm getting the same error message when trying to install any module. Tried uploading modules manually but error comes up when I click Install. I recently moved my shop to a different hosting package/domain and all works well on the original one while can't figure out what's going on with the new one. Anything else I could try? Thanks
  11. yep, I deleted the mail alerts module, uploaded its random version I found on the web and installed again. seems to be working fine now.
