Hi all, I've created a new email template copying both .txt and .html files from another email template and renaming it. I'm able to associate the new email template created to an order status and I can see it on Localization>Translations>Emails, but when clicking to edit it, nothing happens. It should open like all the other email templates, but doesn't. There are no error messages. Also, when associating the new email template with a status order, clicking in "Preview" doesn't show the email preview. What am I missing? (Prestashop 1.6.1 version) Thanks in advance for any help

Possibile che Prestashop Italia non abbia ancora provveduto a creare un modulo che inserisca i campi "Codice Destinatario" e "Indirizzo PEC" nel form di registrazione dei clienti?! Trattandosi di un obbligo legale, credo che questo aggiornamento dovrebbe già essere disponibile gratuitamente. Invece sul forum questo è l'unico post al riguardo, su Addons ad oggi non ho trovato nulla e provando a contattare il numero indicato sul sito Prestashop per "altre domande" si riceve il messaggio di numero inesistente... ho la sensazione che Prestashop Italia non esista... Vi chiedo gentilmente di aggiornare questo post con eventuali novità su questo argomento.

In my case after some time the login worked again and I don't have idea what caused the problem or what solved it (that's why I didn't marked the topic as solved).

Hi, since few hours ago it is not being possible to login to my website back-office. I already tryied with different browsers, different devices, different IPs and different users, no one works. There is no error messages, only account/passwords are not authenticating anymore. I've tryied the "Lost password" function and retried login with new passwords automatically received, but the problem persists. Why? I've never had this issue before. My Prestashop version is 1.6.14. Ola a todos, estou com um problema no modulo mailalert. Recebo corretamente os emails de out of stock, no entanto todos os emails recebidos indicam o nome do produto errado (indicam o nome de um outro produto qualquer, diferente daquele que foi vendido e cujo estoque esta abaixo do numero que defini). Notei que na pasta "translations" do meu modulo "mailalert" nao existe a pasta br.php. E a unica linguagem ativa na minha loja é Portugues Brasileiro. Isso poderia explicar o problema? Como posso conseguir o modulo mailalert com traduçao em br? Estou usando Prestashop 1.5.3.1 e MailAlert 2.4 Obrigada pela ajuda

Também estou com esse problema. Selecionando os outros meios de pagamento tudo ok, mas selecionando pagseguro a tela fica desconfigurada (o bloco do resumo da compra aparece em baixo, no final da pagina). Meu Prestashop é 1.5.3.1 e a versao do modulo pagseguro é a atual (baixei hoje do Addons). Daniel, segue o link do meu site: www.wonderparty.net.br

Hi, can anybody help me to find a solution to massively delete old shopping carts which didn't became an order? I imagine this is an issue that everybody deals with, but I couldn't find any module or a suggestion on how to do this... I have 2 sites in the versions 1.4.9.0 and 1.5.3.1. In both of then, the only way I can delete shopping carts is clicking on its trash icons, but one by one, which takes so long time. Thanks in advance

Hi guys, as I understood, the module indicated by Paulito is to delete orders, not carts. If you find a solution to massively delete abbandoned carts, could you please share with me? Thanks

Thank you newinprestashop. I actually did what you said to modify the email text, but the email subject is not there. I'm talking about referralprogram-invitation.html for which is informed that email subject is generated on database. Any other toughts?

Também procurei ali, mas para esse template de email està indicado: "Assunto não foi encontrado para referralprogram-invitation, ou o assunto é gerado no banco de dados."

Ola, nao consigo encontrar como traduzir o assunto do email que é enviado como convite do Referral Program. Minha versao do Prestashop é 1.5.3.1 e tenho ativa apenas a lingra Portugues Br. Ja traduzi todas as expressoes do modulo Referral Program (que nao estavam traduzidas apesar de dizerem que a versao em Portugues està 100% traduzida...) mas nao consegui encontrar como alterar o assunto do email de convite, que continua sendo "Referral Program". Procurei por essa expressao no meu file mails/br/lang.php mas nao existe la. Espero que alguém de voces possa me dar uma dica... Obrigada!

Hi all, I can't find where to translate the subject of the invitation email sent by Referral Program module. I use Prestashop 1.5.3.1 and Brazilian Portuguese is the only active language. I did translate all the module expressions (which were not translated even if they say Portuguese version is 100% complete...) but couldn't find how to change the email subject. I looked into my mails/br/lang.php file but the expression is not there. I hope somebody can give me some advise. Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I'm still configuring my site and I have a problem on order payment step. When clicking "Next" buttom on "Shipping" step page (after choosing carrier and agreed with Terms of Service), I'm taken to a non existent page instead of the page on which there should be the payment methods to be choosen. The message chosen is: "Sorry, but the Web address you entered is no longer available." In that page it is also showed the product search box. I understand this is a bug and ask for your urgent help. I have Prestashop 1.5.3.1 version and a non default theme. Thanks in advance.

Ola pessoal, quando se cadastra um produto existe a possibilidade de escolher apenas uma regra de imposto. Se eu quiser discriminar na nota o valor da incidencia de cada imposto separadamente, seria possivel? A minha empresa é optante do Simples, entao imagino que eu deva criar uma nova regra de impostos no Prestashop con aliquota 4,5% e associa-la a todos os meus produtos. Mas também tenho produtos importados, sobre os quais devo pagar impostos diferentes. Tenho muitas duvidas em relaçao isso, por isso sugestoes sobre como estao tratando essa questao dos impostos brasileiros no Prestashop sao muito bem vindas.
