Hi, I run my Prestashop on version 1.7.6.5 at www.drakfisken.se I allow orders of out of stock products. If a customer orders a product that is not on stock I get 0 Physical Stock, 1 ordered and -1 available which is correct. But if I then update the ordered product somehow I then 1 in Physical Stock, 1 ordered and 0 available. This only happens with products with combinations. Other products work fine. What could be wrong? How can i fix it? Thanks! //Hans

Some of my products are "broken" in the ways they are handling quantities. If I have 0 stock and somebody is ordering these products they will change to 1 Physical, 1 Reserved and 0 Available. The correct would off course be 0 Physical, 1 Reserved and -1 Available. It seems to be about 10-20 of my almost 2000 product combination that have this problem. Anyone has an idea of what's wrong and how to fix it? Today I have to create a new product and disable the old one. I can't even use the copy function, then the new product will have the same error as the old. //Hans

No really good solution I'm afraid. Today I use the module "Product Catalog Export/Update" to export the list of products with warehouse locations. This is then filtered to match the incoming goods. This way the warehouse people can see where to place the goods. The actual quantity update they do in the Stocks page. When picking goods they either look directly in the order page, or create a picking list from the module "Orders picking list".

I'll keep writing follow up's here in hope that someone will read and might know something that could help. It seems like the products that have advanced_stock_management = 1 in database tabel ps_product are the ones that give the wrong result. Products with advanced_stock_management = 0 seems to be OK. With Import/export I updated all the products to advanced_stock_management = 0, but it doesn't change the way these products act... so there has to be some more connection somehow?!?!? Any ideas? I'm sorry but I have to bump this question again. It's not solved by the upgrade to 1.7.6.5. The strange thing is that some products works just fine. When somebody orders more then we have on stock they get 0 Physical Stock, 1 Reserved and -1 Available stock. But for some other products the result would be an increase of Physical stock, like this 1 Physical stock, 1 Reserved and 0 Available stock. Does anyone have any idea on what might be the difference between these two? I can't find any settings that differs.

I upgraded to 1.7.6.5 and that seems to have solved this problem.

Hi, I can't understand how Prestashop 1.7.6 is supposed to handle stock in a good way. I get constant errors and strange behaviours from Prestashop. Let my give you an example. I create a new product with combinations. None of these are on stock yet, but they are available to be ordered. See pic 1 and 11. Then I get an order for one unit. According to the Stocks page I now suddenly have 1 unit in stock, 1 unit reserved and 0 available. On the product page I have 0 stock, 0 available. See pictures 2 and 22. The customer get a message saying Out of Stock. Order status is Out of Stock. I then get my indelivery with 1 unit. I report this indelivery on the Stocks page and now I have 2 units. Have I done something wrong? Do I have the wrong settings somewhere? This can't be the way Prestashop is supposed to work, right? Best regards Hans

Hi, I'm running Prestashop 1.7.6.2 since a couple of weeks and in absence of the Advanced Stock Management (that got more and more bugs for me) I'm still struggling to find a real working routine regarding supplier indeliveries. I've started to use the new Stocks page and it works fine to update the quantities... but then the products should find their place on the warehouse shelfs as well. And looking at the Stocks page doesn't help at all... and there's no way to create an indelivery report. So my suggestion is to make it possible to show warehouse location on the Stocks page. That way it would be quick and easy to update the quantity as well find the right place for the products. Could anybody help me with this functionality?

Hi, I got a fresh installation of Prestashop 1.7.6.2 with the latest version of Warehouse theme. I can't find the prices-drop or the new-products page. Is this local problem on my installation, a general issue or something theme related?

Hi, I'm running Prestashop 1.7.6.2 with Warehouse theme at www.drakfisken.se I would like a "on stock" label to be shown on all articles that has stock... but instead I get label for products without stock. Where/how can I fix this?

Well with 7.2 the backoffice seemed fine but the front office didn't work. Changed to 7.1 and now both front and back seems OK. :)

I changed PHP version from 7.4 to 7.2. Works fine now.

Did you find a solution to this problem? I'm having the same issue on the same version right now... :(
