Hi, I need to make Prestashop 1.6 to automatically add a free gift to every cart that contains at least one product from a list of categories. I could do it with using a cart rule, but this means that the customer needs to manually apply a voucher code to the cart and I don't want that/ I want the code to be applied automatically, without the customer intervention. How can I achieve that? Thank you

Hi, In a normal workflow, the customers receive stock notifications if they subscribed to product stock alerts. But I am updating the stocks directly in the database, wich means the stock notification emails are not triggered. I need a script who runs daily, that checks the products back in stock and sends the necessary emails to the subscribed customers. Thank you.

Hi, in the end I had to buy new support in order to fix it...

I noticed that there are a lot of empty addresses in the ps_address table and not all the id_address values are consecutives. I am using the one page Supercheckout module and the addresses should be recorded when the user is pressing the "Finalize order" button, so I suspect something is happening during the checkout process that is preventing the addresses to be recorded in the database. Thus, the orders might not finalize correctly. Why are the id_address values not consecutives and how can I fix this? My version is 1.6.1.19. Thank you.

Hi, I have a module that was supposed to sync my products with Amazon marketplaces. The problem is sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... This morning I made some products creations and stock adjustments and it worked fine, but now it doesn't work at all anymore. Even on the same product I tried this morning, I changed the stock and I get an error when trying to update: products.php/3202: Error : query failed ()<br /> Products: Nothing to Update ! If I enable debug mode, the error looks like that: !!!_endPointURL() function. Error. Incorrect Region Code "" . Please verify and try again. The support team won't answer me until I purchase the module again and I won't do that. It costs 249 EUR and I see no reason to buy it again, since it was working and all of a sudden it didn't anymore. Do you have any idea what could couse these errors? Thank you.

I want to use PS for B2B customers as well. I need to allow the B2B customers to load two files before finalizing the order. I am using Supercheckout module. How can I achieve that? Thank you.

This is a MAJOR BUG that made me lose a lot of money. Tha fact that it was invisible for me and I didn't detect it during the support period doesn't change the fact that a lot of customers couldn't finalise the orders on my store! Why would you ask for money to fix it???
