Hi, My prestashop customer frontend of my website keeps logging out when clicking the homepage or when exiting a browser and does not stay logged in. It used to stay logged (as a customer) if clicking the homepage or went back to the website after exiting a browser. Does anyone know how to fix this? Using Prestashop v1.5.4.1

Hello, I am using Prestashop 1.5.4.1 and everytime I try to update my shipping prices in the backoffice of Prestashop I am unable to as it keeps freezing and I get a Jquery 1.7.2 unresponsive script error message. The problem occurs in all browsers including Firefox, Chrome and I.E. Does anyone know how I may be able to fix this problem so I can begin using the shipping prices tab again without freezng constantly. I have attached a couple of photos of the script error message and where the problem appears. Thanks

Hi, I am using Prestashop V 1.5.4.1 I have been able to use the Shipping Prices - According to total weight successfully for about a month, but now when I go into the Shipping section and try to change any of my current shipping prices for my zones to new prices and try to save the details on the bottom center button, it does not save the changes. When I click "save". it attempts to save the new details, but it does not actually save the new info and I do not get the usual green confirmation box saying your details were saved. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it. Thank you.

Hi, I am running Prestashop 1.5.4.1 and have several issues related to the checkout process. I have listed them here if anybody has some insight in how to resolve these it would be appreciated. 1) The guest checkout button is not working at all when clicked, even when the guest checkout has been enabled in preferences. 2) Guest checkout button still appears when the guest checkout has been disabled in preferences. 3) When clicking the "Already registered? Click Here" button. The page just goes to the top of the screen and does not login to the users account. Can anybody advise how these probs can be resolved. Thanks

Hi, Here is a really simple solution that works very well. And you do not need to modify any files manually. Go to Localization > Translations - Select Installed Module Translation, and then click on the Country Flag - Find the Module: blockcart - Change the Free Shipping text and enter something like a dash - or you could enter text like "Login to View" or something that is best suited for your shop. Save this. Now go to Localization > Translations - Select Front Office Translations, and then click on the Country Flag. - Find the areas where Free Shipping is written. An easy way to do this is "Ctrl F" on windows PC and you can find them all. - Now only change the text for the ones you would like to change from "Free Shipping" to something else. For example just in the shopping-cart expressions section, change the Free Shipping Text. Save This. Now if you want to change the Text where you see your Carrier and it is still written "Free" then change it here: Go to order-opc-carrier still within the Translations area and change the text "Free", You could just write a dash - as the text or whatever else you would like. Save This This should make it alot better for you with Shipping, and you can experiment with the areas you want to change the text for.

Hi, I am using PS 1.5.4.1 I uploaded my logo via Preferences > Themes After I upoaded it, the logo is not alligned in the correct position as the default one was. How can I correct the position of the logo. I also uploaded it as the same size as the default but it also appears smaller, can this be adjusted also. Appreciate any advise, thanks.

I worked it out. It was simply a case of selecting the checkbox for the the new zones created within the carriers subtab.

Hi, I am running Prestashop 1.5.4.1 I added some more zones into the zones section. Zones > Localization. But when I have a look in the Shipping Section. I only see 12 of the zones entered and the rest do not appear and I have more than 12 zones which include all the standard ones that were already in this section How can I get all my zones to show up in the shipping section including all the standard ones so I can allocate shipping prices to all the zones. Please note, I have set into the shipping section to make all these zones active. (Has it been set by default by Prestashop to only show 12 zones??) I have more than this. Any assistance is appreciated.

Hamsa, the controllers folder just has files in it, no sub folders. I am very uncomfortable with modifying or adding code myself... May need to get somone who is more techie than myself (version 1.4.6.2) to sort this. Any of you Prestashop stars on elance or freelancer that can do this for me?
