  1. Just upgraded the PS website to 1.7.65. The problem is still there but the debugging has changed: Property Address->id_country is empty. at line 1003 in file classes/ObjectModel.php 1000. $message = $this->validateField($field, $this->$field); 1001. if ($message !== true) { 1002. if ($die) { 1003. throw new PrestaShopException($message); 1004. } 1005. 1006. return $error_return ? $message : false;
  2. Hi, I just encountered the same problem. Any solutions yet? Server information Linux #1 SMP Tue Mar 3 06:58:58 EST 2020 x86_64 Server software version: Apache/2 PHP version: 7.1.33 Memory limit: 2048M Max execution time: 240 Upload Max File size: 2048M MySQL engine: InnoDB MySQL driver: DbPDO PrestaShop version: 1.7.6.1
Settings updated successfully ! Dank aan iedereen die meegeholpen heeft.
De interface zegt: This file does not seem to be a valid module zip . Dank weer.
  5. Hallo, Zojuist 1.7.5.0 geïnstalleerd. Test-emailtjes versturen werkt prima. Dus de basis lijkt me in orde. Dank.
  6. Hi, In my case, the problem was solved. The admin folder has it's own htaccess file. In this file, the Multiviews Options were blocked out: <IfModule mod_negotiation.c> #Options -MultiViews </IfModule> This did the trick. I can access the admin pages now. Thanks to the the people of the shared hosting. They helped me out here.
  7. Hi, Thank you for your help and advise. Since I cant access the back end, I set debugging to True in '_PS_MODE_DEV_', This does not give any extra information. It just says: --- Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. --- So, it recognises the page. Otherwise it would have thrown a 404. The access log only says HTTP 500. But no further information on why or what. The Hosting admin only tells me there has been a PHP WARN. A script took longer then 5 minutes to execute. max_execution_time and max_input_time are 120 secs. Cant go any longer with the Hosting I am on. Assigned memory is 256 M. allow_url_fopen = ON Yes, this is on shared hosting... Tried installing 1.6 first and updating to 1.7. But that doesn't work because of the server error jqXHR using 1-click upgrade. It probably is some php or mysql error.
  8. Hi, Sorry, I have no solution and I'm getting 500 errors on two different hosting companies while trying to install Prestashop 1.7.4.3 and 1.7.4.2 , too. In 1 case, the install process stops with an error. With the other hosting, the front works well but the I can't make the admin work. Just error 500. Now I know about the renaming of the admin dir. But that part doesnt work very well. Tried PHP 5.4, 7.0 and 7.1. It makes no difference. Enough memory. Enough script exc time. Uploaded the zip file and index. Uploaded the complete unzipped Prestashop, too. Changed languages on different occasions. But after about 12 times trying to install it I am out of ideas. Changed permissions to 755, too. I do get it fully installed however, admin dir renamed automatically in the end, on my local Xampp.
  9. Hello there, I am planning to do an update to V1.6 using 1-click module. But would like to test it first. So, I have a complete copy of all the files from the server and a copy of the DB on my PC. Using XAMPP on my PC, this test website works OK. I downloaded the latest version of 1-click autoupdate. Uploaded it into PS using the admin on my test server. But the module does not show up in the list of modules. Then, I went to the admin of the live website and uploaded the 1-click autoupddate module to PS. In this case it does show up in the list of modules and it has the status of being installed. Everything OK here. Back to the test server. The 1-click module is present and unzipped in the /autoupdate folder on the testwebserver. But it just doesn't show up in the list of modules in the admin. Is it an permissions issue? The live website being on Linux and the copy test website running on Windows? Is it a DB issue? The user has got all permissions to do things. Any ideas? Thank you! Walt
  10. Hi, By accident, I deleted all the files in the root folder on the webserver. All the folders in the root are still there. The only back up I have, is the original installation object. I copied the root files from the installation folder and put them in the root folder on the webserver. But this doesn't work. This return an error page saying it cant find a cgi-bin folder. In this case, there is no cgi folder. It says it can't find/cgi-bin/php5.fcgi. And it can't run the ErrorDocument handler. What do you suggest? Its a live webshop.... I still have all the other folder and a fresh copie of the database. Should I reinstall Prestashop on my own computer in ie XAMP and then copie the root files to the server? Thank you, Walt
