Hi there, I have installed the module: "Hiding out of stock” and now all the out of stock products are not visible in the front office, all is fine, but my question is: "How to get back to the original status?" Thank you for all your help, but looks like out of 1233 clients only 518 are in the default Access Group Clients as can be seen in the attached images is there a way to fix this situation and to have all 1233 in the group Client. yours, Marius

first query worked like a charm, and I have verified a couple of the clients, it really worked, the second query may need some adjustments, I simulated the query and found no records

salve to you all, I have just realized that our website (PS1751) has a problem, the old clients (2016+2017) have no default Group and none of the access Groups are selected (Visitor,Guest or Client) I would love to update my database and select for all our 1300 clients Default Group: Client and Access Group: Client, is there a way I could achieve this desired outcome? Salve Rho_Bur, Thank you for the advice, indeed, when I have activated the advanced management, I got the option to add a new deposit location, but the feature in PS 1.4 was free text and I was able to mention the exact location, like room, row of shelves, top or floor, so I could easier identify the product in the warehouse, plus that I have lost all the old locations from 1.4. any other suggestion in here that could help me ? yours, Marius

Hello dear community, I have just upgraded from pS 1.4.9.0 to latest version of 1.6, and looks like I lost the field in the back office where to specify the phisical location of the product, in the old version was under the UPC field and now with the new version I see it is missing, any idea how can I recover the old locations and how can I add location details in the new version of PS. salve dear team, I would like to install a new fresh of PS, at the latest version today 1.6.1 and then only import the products and the images from an existing shop running 1.4.9.0, please let me know what could be the more reliable and easy way to achieve that. I would like to lose the orders and the client details from the old install. Huge thanks in advance

I am taking pictures for events, I would like to throw them in a directory an the module will simply create products out of them, no description is needed, the price will be the same all the time, and the quantity is unlimited, the name of the file will be the name of the product. hope this helps

Hello to all, I am runing Prestashop 1.4.9.0 on a VPS with 10 cores and 16 GB of RAM. It is really slow, and each page takes several seconds to load (sometimes even 10-20) I have tried to investigate what the problem could be and I see this on my server: presta 13860 13860 2.4 1 0.0 0 0 ? Z 18:10 0:01 [php-cgi] <defunct> My question to the community is: In Prestashop 1.4.9.0 is there any PHP scripts that don't like to run as CGI? if yes, will this be fixed by update to a later version? if yes, then what would be the recommended version: 1.4.11.0 or 1.5.6.2 ?
