  1. Hi, I have a very weird problem in pdf invoice. It would be great if someone could help me with a solution. In the total-tab and payment-tab sections, when the number is 7 digits it is displayed in reverse!! For example: if total amount of order is $1,000,000, in pdf invoice it will display: $000,000,1 The funny part is that it works well for 6 digit numbers or 8 digit numbers!!! So for example if total amount paid is $15,000,000 or $500,000 then the numbers are displayed correctly in the pdf. In the product table the numbers are always displayed correctly regardless of number of digits!!! This is driving me crazy Any one has a clue why that happens with 7 digits?
  2. Can anyone help me with the above code?
  3. Hi, I would like to add a new "date" field to the one page check out registration, similar to the birthday field (i.e. with a drop down list for days, months and years). In the database I have created a "date1" date column in the ps_customer table I am not sure how I need to change the order-opc-new-account.tpl and override authcontroller.php and customer.php so that the day, month and year feed into the "date1" column that I created in the database customer table. Can any one help me with the code ? Thanks Faty
  4. doekia, Thank you for your quick reply and help. The Cache is on (recompile only when files are updated). I had issues in the past with the CCC so I had deactivated them. I just had apache Optimisation on. I followed your suggestions and turned on Compress inline JS in HTML and Minify HTML ... It is a little better now But my site breaks when I turn on the smart cache for JS or for CSS so I have kept them disabled. I have reduced the number of images displayed in the two carousels in the middle of the page to 5 images each (so not using carousel function anymore) ... that has improved the rendering. These two modules seem to be the cause of my issues I will definitely PM you. Thanks a lot, Faty
  5. Hi, I need expert advice. I have a customized theme and my homepage is loading slowly. It takes time before the page gets rendered and my homepage looks messy for a few seconds before everything falls into place. I am not sure if it is a js or css problem, or maybe something completely different. I asked the theme developer and he wasn´t really helpful. So if someone could point me to the right direction to solve this issue, it would be great The homespage is : http://www.koodakoo.com/ Thanks in advance
  6. Thank you for your help Musicmaster and Nishit ... the problem was coming from the CSS compression
  7. You are right, but it isn't only the top advanced menu that is expanded, but also the cart block.
  8. Thank you for your reply The page should look like the picture attached: it seems like the ajax/javascritp for the cart block, the top menu and the newsletter block are disabled/not working ONLY for my cms page (because the dropdown functionality doesn´t seem to work!). The weird part is that it works fine on my other pages, see: http://www.koodakoo.com/en I just have the problem on CMS pages so I am a little confused! Your help is much appreciated
  9. Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out why my cms pages are messed up after I changed my hosting. See link: http://www.koodakoo.com/en/content/4-about-koodakoo It seems like it is an ajax/javascript problem, but it only affect my CMS pages. I have flushed caches and turn on compilation, but I still get this issue I am using Prestashop 1.6 (Zend Opcache and mod_pagespeed are enabled on Server). I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this issue! Thanks a lot, Faty
  10. Hi, I have an issue with the referrer functionality. It is said in the documentation that the reward is given only "if the purchase is made during the browsing session that follows the click on the partner's link" However, I have noticed that sales is credited to an affiliate even when visitor closes the browser and returns later to purchase (even 2 months later). Moreover, if the customer has used more affiliates to get to your site (across several sessions spread over several months), all these affiliates get credit for the same sale! which really doesn´t make sense! I would like to credit the sale to the last affiliate through which the visitor came in last before he makes the purchase ... can someone please help me solve this issue? Thanks Faty I am using Prestashop 1.6.0.6
  11. I solved the issue by myself. I had this pb because the return period in backoffice was set to 100days. So start date of vouchers was set at 100days after the purchase date (when the return period expired). I changed return period to 7 days, now it makes more sense
  12. Hi, I have a problem with the Loyalty and rewards module. The coupons created are valid from a random start date in the future! Can anyone indicate what could be causing this problem? and how I can solve it? Thanks Faty
  13. Hi, Does anyone know how I can set the Newsletter value by default to 1. I am not using the checkbox (I have commented that part in the order-opc-new-account.tpl) (fyi - In my country it is not illegal to subscribe people to newsletters) So I am not looking for the code to set the checkbox to "checked". What I really want is to set the value to 1 by default. Thanks Faty
  14. Hi OllyL, I am trying to do a similar setup. How do you setup the second domain? I guess you do a clean install on a new server, but then which files/database fields do you have to change to get to your setup (i.e. separate domain for admin pointing directly to primary web server)? it would be great if you could help me.
  15. It would be great if this simple language switch functionality could be added back again! it is really a pain to go back to the employee/preference menu, then navigate back to the page each time!!!
