Hello, I'm currently on PS 1.4.5.1 using the auto upgrade tab I got the following error: "error during backup db" I really need this upgrade 'cause it will fix the current tax problem I'm having. PLEASE HELP! I successfully upgrade my store to 1.4.6.2 Manually

I've seen a lot of bug report regarding "Tax Calculation" I'm unable to find a solution. Round mode is set to "Classical" Item price ...CAD $149.98 Total Tax.....CAD $ 20.25 The right calculation should be: [TPS (5%)] = $7.5 (149.98 + 7.5 = $157.48 [TVQ (8.5%) = $13.4 (157.48 + 13.4 = $170.87 so with the Price + TPS & TVQ i should get a total of $170.87 but as you can see on the attached file the total is $170.23 that's a discrepancy of $0.64 That hurts bad please help.

Hi, The Julien Breux Menu is missing on screenshot you need to go to you BO then open front office features tab and find Julien Breux Menu. and install it. late help but might help someone else in the future. have a great day.

back office was working but slow things like the prestashop news, link fron the BO "Home" was searching to connect the whole time Prestashop.com was down. as for the front i get a blank page....i have to work on my store at night so every night when PS.com in down i'm down.

yes it was i contacted my hosting provider and they say yes, my site was indeed down and prestashop.com was also down and that they have no control over that, need to contact prestashop directly.

I don't know if you guys still having the same problem but I am part of my BO and Front end was down today again from 23:15 to 01:00 had to temporary shot down my store. if anyone did get this problem solved kindly please let me know. thx.

There is no Cron task on my server and i have no custom modules. N.B PrestaShop™ 1.4.5.1

my PrestaShop is on my own dedicated server every night at 21:30 H it goes down i contacted my hosting provider they refer me to Prestashop 'cause they have no control over the problem.

i'm experiencing the same problem this is getting on me i want to know why my shop is down when it is sitting on a server not even remotely associated with prestashop can someone please tell me why
