Hi everyone, I've recently been advised by customers that they are having issues with Paypal, as per atatched pdf...So I’ve been in and made a dummy order.................. Please try to contact the merchant: PayPal response: -> I’ve since added Skrill to site but feel this payment method is very laborious for customers who just want to pay and go. is there any one that could assist on the above, error, I’ve been into the module and deleted then re installed with all my api information, that i got from my PayPal business account. is there also a way to put a banner on the home page to let customers know I am aware of the paypal issue and we are working on resolving it? thanks in advance Graeme nikkiscrafts.com

Hi everyone, When downloading my entire database form PS to my pc, I'm looking at finding a solution where it only downloads the files that have been changed & not the complete database which takes hours........... Is this possible or am i clutching at straws hoping ther eis an easy way out? thanks

So all in all, I think best thing to do as 1other member has mentioned...............If it ain't broke don't fix it. So true & less of a headache when things do go wrong.

Hi music master, ye each time I've upgraded I've had issues in 1 way or another, I've asked my host provider to sort out a sub domain for this purpose of trialling new versions before taking my live site offline. It's just so frustrating, when not being that knowledgable with these things one tends to opt for the easy way out such as 1clik upgrade, but when it goes wrong we're stuffed up the creek without a paddle. That's why it good to have the forum but more so to get replies, like your own. Thank you. I think all is good now, I don't know how to test the site to make sure it's all good without actually making real orders. Then cancelling them. Thanks again for your assistance Graeme.

Hi Bellini, ye back up was made, I always do via FTP to my PC & good job too as I couldn't get into to BOH, so uploaded complete database which took all of 7 hours. However there where some files that didn't upload due to some fault or other, I can't remember to be honest to tired after an all night upload.

apologies for the wrong terminology, you can probably gather I'm not use to these kind of intrusion / malware issues on our site. Can run a scan of the website direct or do I need to download files then scan?
