Hi Mike The contact form will be soon fixed as i understand... that would be great. For the size chart i have put the chart in every item of my shop but it's not actif. I mean that the customer has no option to choose the size he needs and add the item in the right size into his cart. He has to contact me and letting me know the size which is not easy to do. thank you for your help with my issues Mike I ma waiting to hear from you very soon to fix the contact form and maybe the size chart which will be absolutely wonderful patricia

Hi Tony You have two choices the customer service or webmaster. If you don't choose one of them your message won't be send. Customer service if for anything concerning your item and sales, webmaster is for technical problem with your shop. Hope that will help you resolving your issue I am still waiting for my own issues very soon. thanks patricia

Hi Mike I am using @gmail.com I try first the PHP but wasn't working so i switch to SMTP and enter the information but still not working. I try many different combination thinking i may enter the wrong info but apparently no matter what i do nothing seems to work thanks Mike for your help Patricia

Hi Mike This is the error i have : There is 1 error : An error occurred while sending message I have this message ever since i have change my email in my BO. Hi I have two issues with which i need help fast. I am hoping to get the answer ASAP by posting here. Thanks to everybody who will take his time trying to help me. 1 issue => When you are in my shop and want to contact me the message won't be sent. You will have an error in red at the top. 2 issue => I really need to put a size chart where the customer can choose in which size he wants to get the clothes and add it to his cart. I try many different things but nothing works properly. Thanks for your help one more thing concerning the contact issue, when i first try i was able to receive the message in my BO but not in my external gmail account. When i was trying to send a response to this message it didn't work and was send to my BO... I hope you have enough information to help me resolve my issues Patricia

It work by giving the size chart but you can't choose which one will fit your need and then adding the item in the size into your cart. How can i do that ??

Hi everyone ! well when i configure my product information i enter for example 10 euro for shipping then i save. I go to my shop and try to add the product on my cart to see if everything is fine but surprise my shipping rate went up to 15 euros !!! how can i configure the shipping rate ? thanks for your help patricia

hi everyone so for anyone who will have the same issue as mine here the solution: erase all the file from your hosting using your FTP. Then reinstall prestashop ( that take quite some time but i promise it's worth it !! ) Go through the installation process and normally your back office will be available. Hi When i type : www.mydomainname.com/admin i arrive in the index directory here the example : Index of /boutique Name Last modified Size Description Parent Directory - themes/ 10-Sep-2011 15:57 - as you can see this is not the back office at all. What should i need to modified to get in the back office ?? thanks for your help patricia
