Given up for today - such a time waster! Seems to randomly save sometimes!!

Sorry - I was just reading through some other threads and noted another discussing the same problem, although it is not clear to me what I should do - the solution seemed to work for some, but not for others...... Prestashop version: 1.6.1.1

Hi all! I haven't been on these forums for a few years now, so it all feels new again! Apologies if I have posted in the wrong place! I am trying to create new listings in my store, but the information just will not save. Every time I click 'save and safe', I get thrown back to the page which lists all my products. To say I am frustrated is putting it mildly! My store sells digital products and the only recent change was an upgrade as I needed more space. After the upgrade, I was unable to access my back office and had to contact my host for help. I thought everything was sorted, went to work today and have wasted so much time. Can anyone help? I am not very experienced, so any help will have to be explained simply and carefully - lol! TIA!

Probably not what you want to hear, but your site is extremely slow to load - I'm afraid I gave up and didn't explore further. However I would reiterate that you need more of a product description. If you want me to spend that kind of money, you need to entice me more! A one-liner just wouldn't do it - I'm sorry. Having said that, I do like the theme - crisp and clear....

You must have resolved the problem, as the site loaded very quickly for me - clicked, 2 secs max! Nice looking site! ☺

Still looking for answers, if anyone can help! Have also asked for help in bug tracker thingy, but no responses there either! Can anyone shed any light as to what might have happened? Getting a bit worried now, as I really have no idea what to do. I have tried different browsers to see if that makes a difference, but the links are just not downloading! Is there anywhere else I can ask for help? Or anyone I can approach for paid help? Many thanks (I hope!) Wendy

Evening everyone! I have provided downloads on my site for a long time without any problems. I know that the link is sent in the order confirmation email, but I always thought the link could also be found in your order history to download directly. A customer contacted me this evening to let me know that nothing was downloading. I've checked it myself, click and nada! Any ideas? All help greatly appreciated! Pic below, red arrow points towards where I am clicking with no results! Wendy
