Solved. I am using the addon batchdownloadableproductpro module. Had bad replacement codes in the file order-detail.tpl in the themes folder. Moderator please mark this topic Solved.

The part of history that isn't working is the: javascript:showOrder The order window is not displaying. Any help? Thanks

Using PrestaShop™ 1.5.2.0 After ordering a virtual product and logging into My Account >> Order History and clicking on Order Reference number link or the details link there should be a Javascript Popup Window that displays the link to access the download of the virtual product. The Javascript Popup Window is not working. We click the above referenced links and nothing happens. Help would be greatly appreciated. Everything else seems to be operating properly. Solved! Problem was from a bad copy and paste of the api key. The copy had picked up an extra space. Thanks

Prestashop 1.5.2(stable) Paypal 3.2.5 I get this error: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2012-10-31T10:37:05Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Security error L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error Could somebody help me? I have tried clearing my cache and I still get the same errors. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I cannot move forward with PrestaShop until I get this resolved. Thanks in advance, MetroWeb
