Thanks. I've since upgraded since my store was very old and I had it almost done. Now this one is giving me problems, but not Paypal. Its working great. Thanks so much for your reply - just had to install the new code.

Just ran a test on a new shop and the shopping cart does not empty after customer makes an order. Paypal takes them back to the checkout page and says no order nor does the order show up in their account? But the item is still in the shopping cart? We only use Paypal and Cheque. My config: PrestaShop version 1.6.0.14 Shop URL http://compactcampingconcepts.com/Store/ Current theme in use default-bootstrap Anyone else have this error? Thank you - this is really, really bad. The Guest Checkout throws an error of Phone Number Required even when the phone number is present. When I had guest checkout enabled no one could complete an order because the phone number would error. No matter if they put the phone number in any format - I saw on other forums that this is a bug? Any fixes? This is a really important bug to fix. I disabled "phone required" and it still erred and would not allow an order to be completed. I couldn't find a thread on this. My config is as follows: PrestaShop version 1.6.0.14 Shop URL http://compactcampingconcepts.com/Store/ Current theme in use default-bootstrap I've since disabled the guest checkout - and everything seems to be working fine. But Guest Checkout is important to us and I'd like to know how to fix this. Thanks! Deborah

Hi, we no longer have a paypal module in Prestashop version: 1.4.6.2 - I'm setting up an upgraded store (wanted to do it from scratch rather and upgrade) but its not online yet and our customers began getting errors on the 1.4 version about state and zip and the same zip code from a previous customer would show an error whether or not it was the current customer's zip code?? Now its completely gone. I tried to reinstall to no avail and it looks like the program is erroring with format. I've taken the shop down until I know what's going on. I saw the other post similar to this - and all it said was that it was solved - not how. Thanks! Deborah

Okay - didn't do anything and the menus are again no longer formatted. What is going on? I'm using the default Bootstrap theme - is it Mozilla or something with Prestashop?? I do not have time to reinstall. I updated to 1.6.14 again and no help there?? Thanks if anyone can help!!

I don't think the databases are corrupted - but then it wouldn't surprise me. Of course I would need to check that and I'm not exactly sure how. I could run the upgrade again? Hey, it would only cost time. But in the meantime; has this happened before? The previous one. I keep the shop updated with every new release with the new one I am working on - its not live. I have a feeling I might have changed something?? I'm at my wits end.

After upgrade all my menus are no longer formatting? They are justified left with no formatting at all except <li>?? Any one else have this problem? I was just about to go live and this happened. Please help. It is not a live store but I'd be happy to give you the address to have someone look at it?? No templates work - not the included responsive bootstrap or the custom ones I have - they all show the same error. Thanks, Deborah

I am running PS 1.6.0.9 and PayPal Module 1.3.8. With any theme I use the paypal submit button on the checkout page does not load. Any suggestions? I cannot use my shop unless this is fixed. Help?? Thanks! Deborah

Have two types of payment; cheque and paypal. Cheque works fine, but the paypal logo does not load thus the link fails. Please help?
