No, I couldn't get this fixed and not able to upgrade. We worked a lot about it, but we think Prestashop is getting worse and worse, you cannot upgrade, each new module causes a lot of problems, and even it has errors in first setup (like white page error), they even cannot find a solution about it. So, we told our customer that we couldn't upgrade, our customer left us, we were very sad that our customer left us, but at the same time we were very happy that we got rid of buggy Prestashop forever :)

We have an active website running on PrestaShop 1.4.11.0. We tried to upgrade it to latest version with 1-Click Upgrade, but it gave error everytime. We need an expert to make this happened. We copied all the site, db to another domain, so you can work on that temporary site.

Hi, The site is running on PrestaShop 1.4.10.0. The problem is the different products on shopping cart and order; Customer added one product to cart, it's Product 1. When I look Customers / Shopping Carts in BO, I see that he added just Product 1. The total amount is 75 USD and the Carreer Fee is 9 USD, total 84 USD, this is correct. Then he went into payment process, he paid with his credit card (via Virtual POS), and he paid 84 USD, this is correct. So, cart and payment processes are correct. But when I and the customer receives order mails, 3 different products were added to order, it's like; Product 2 : 10 USD Product 3 : 20 USD Product 4 : 30 USD Product 1 : 75 USD (the correct product) When I look at Orders in BO, I see the same, 3 different products were added to Order, but the total price is correct. So, there is a problem in Order and Customer / Shopowner mails, some different products are added to them. It's something like Prestashop add other carts to order. What can be the problem?
