Paypal Error (Cannot complete payment)

I went into preferences and then performance and disabled the bottom cache, I had previously tired that and reconfifuring but that hadnt worked. This worked but I dont know how disabling it will affect things. -
This didnt work for me has anyone any other suggestions?

Im getting the same problem PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2011-04-07T08:10:31Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Security error L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error PayPal returned error fyswan1 -
Hi I have just installed Presta shop in this site http://tackintheboxshop.tackinthebox.biz/ but when you press the view an item the page comes up blank. Does anyone know why and how to correct it please? Thanks
