Hello, I have products with reference codes that include a dash (for example, t-1) and these products are excluded from search results. Is there a way to treat the dash as a character so that the products turn up in the searches. The minimum word length is set to 2 in the backoffice. Prestashop 1.6.0.9 Thanks

Hello, When an order is placed via the Paypal module, prestashop doesn't send out an order confirmation email to clients. The order goes through without a problem. No error messages or blank pages. And the order is properly registered in the back office. Only no email. I've tried other payment methods and prestashop sends out an order confirmation email. Has anyone experienced a similar problem using Paypal Europe? I have a site with 1.5.6.2 using Paypal USA, Canada and this doesn't happen. Hello, I'm having trouble with CSS on my theme and hope someone can offer a little help. Hello, Is it possible to hide the shipping cost in cart summary until customers have selected a carrier? I've managed to hide shipping from unregistered users using Nemo's tip but for registered users, the carrier selected in the BO (best price) is the default carrier automatically selected. Letting customers select a carrier first before showing a shipping charge would be ideal. http://nemops.com/hide-shipping-cost/ Does anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this? Hello, Nope, you're not the only with this problem. It is a prestashop bug and has been reported at the link below. http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-2025 I haven't tried the fix yet so I can't say with certainty if it works. Regards

Hello, Top selling products are no longer visible on the "Best sellers" page after upgrading to 1.5.6.1 from 1.5.6. The products, however, do show up on the top sellers block on the right column. Hello, I've run into a problem (bug?) while testing my site (prestashop 1.5.5) where the wrong carrier is shown in the order confirmation email sent to customers. Shipping is set up with all products already assigned a carrier. products from manufacturer A - UPS products from manufacturer B - Fedex products from manufacturer C - USPS So when customer buys a product from all 3 manufacturers, all 3 carriers show up. And it displays correctly in FO, BO, invoice pdf, etc but not in the confirmation email. Only one carrier is displayed. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? Thanks

Hello, When I type into the search box, the error message "undefined > undefined" pops up. This happens with ajax search turned on or off in the BO. Hello, I was hoping you guys can help me with a theme compatibility issue. I ran my custom 1.4.3 theme through the prestashop theme validator before upgrading the shop to 1.4.4.1 and the result was that the theme was missing index.php files. All files were listed under "other files." Can i copy the index.php files from the 1.4.4.1 prestashop theme and place them into the custom theme or does a custom theme require custom index.php files. I've asked the developer this question. I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask the prestashop community's help while I wait for their response. thanks

Hello, I'm having problems with the order confirmation email. When a customer receives the email, the delivery address and the billing address sections are left completely blank. Everything else on the email is filled out perfectly fine. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? And could someone tell me what files and folders controls the email responses.
