    I don't see the front or the backstore. I don't even see the login window to get into the admin area. I do have a cpanel in blue host though. Will try this tomorrow morning. Thank you.

    I can access via ftp. Can I find those logs there? if so, can you tell me what to look for?

    I wanted to upgrade my store to the latest version but on the 1-click upgrade module it said I needed to upgrade php version from 5.3 to at least 5.4 I went ahead and upgraded the php version and the server reports everything went OK I'm now the proud owner of php version 5.5.31 but the store is completely down. I can't access the backtstore nor the front of the store. (it says SERVER ERROR 500) Please help.

    Hello, I just upgraded to version (1.6.0.14) And now I can't seem to be able to duplicate a product. I tried to duplicate the product in the products' list and nothing happens. I also opened the product I wanted to duplicate and hit the "duplicate" tab on the upper part of the product, and it doesn't work as well. Anyone else having this problem? How can I solve it? ​Thanks for any help you can give me. UPDATE: I can't duplicate products in Safari (iMac). However, I tried Chrome (iMac) and was able to duplicate a product with no problem).

    I sell retail and wholesale. I'm located in California, USA. According to my tax laws, I need to collect tax on retail sales in California. But I MUST NOT charge tax in wholesale sales to stores located in California. I have not found a way to make the system charge tax or NOT charge tax to different groups. For example, the CUSTOMER group which pays retail price, will have a tax charge. But the order to STORE group which receives a 50% discount, will need to be tax exempt. My wish is that we could select if certain groups will be charged tax or not. thank you.

    Still need help with the alpha numeric field in the name of the order. Is there any place where we can put suggestions to developers to consider options for future Prestashop upgrades?

    I upgraded from 1.3 to 1.4 to 1.5.... long process. But it was working just fine in 1.5.5. Then I went to 1.5.6.1 and it was when it happened. Thanks

    Hello, I upgraded to version 1.5.6.1 yesterday night. And now, all my invoices present the shipping amount on the tax line. I don't know how this happened or how to correct it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you. Sylvia.
