  1. Hi there. I have a similar need. Did you figure this out?
  2. Update: I renamed the modules folder. So now my website is compatible with MS-Dos..... ....yet IE still hangs. Would this mean that it's the cookie thing?
  3. It's sad that IE has such a hard time. It should have been king by now, given that it's part of the OS. What do you think is preventing MS from finally getting this right?? Add-ins are a disaster with IE.
  4. As per my "no documentation policy" , upgrading will be a hassle (until I realize how to override classes, etc.). As to installing the latest release alongside this one and just having a re-direct to the sub directory -- anything that I should know about, if I wanted to test the latest version? Any path settings, etc?
  5. I'll give that a shot. Is there a workaround for the cookie interface?
  6. PS 1.4.1 There were a couple of mods, but I can't remember any specific modifications. I didn't document much. Is there a way to detect through a 3rd party add-in or such and debug IE in real-time?
  7. I tried with the default theme and disabled all 3rd party modules...yet it still hangs. Any ideas how to fine troubleshoot?
  8. This website is causing IE to hang when I click on an individual item and sometimes the homepage as well. http://www.tmwjewels.com/catalog/ Can anyone help me? Thank you so much.
  9. I posted this problem in the regular forums http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/158462-contact-form-linking-back-to-home-page/ but received no response. I'm willing to pay someone for the troubleshooting. Thanks! Fred
  10. Here is my conversation with my hosting support dept: *********************************** Hello, The contact form is defined in the following file: /www/www/catalog/controllers/ContactController.php In the constructor, there are two properties: $this->php_self = 'contact-form.php'; $this->ssl = true; If you comment them out, the form page will be rendered; however, it does not work correctly this way. It throws an HTTP error message: HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error This error message is not generated by the server and never appears in the error log. It is generated by Prestashop while trying to display one of the Smarty templates. It is called on line 261 of the ContactController.php file: self::$smarty->display(_PS_THEME_DIR_.'contact-form.tpl'); Unfortunately, we are not familiar with Prestashop or Smarty and we cannot tell you what exactly causes this error message to be generated. We would recommend that you contact a developer with Prestashop experience about more assistance with this problem. Best regards, Support
  11. Bump. Anyone? Does anyone know the default URL for the contact form?
  12. To clarify, the CONTACT link on the website is pointing to to: domain-name.com/catalog/contact-form.php. Yet it just acts as if it's linking to the homepage.
