HI I am pretty new to this. But I think I have found your solution as long as you don't need to use the "Multiple colour options".. Log into your back end of the program. Then go Attributes and Groups (click in this) Then Click ADD Attributes Group. Name will be - what you need for your reference (example Warehouse A, Warehouse 1,Stock Location etc whatever YOU want it labeled). Public Name will be what shows up on the website (example Warehouse or Location or Shop Location) - this is what everyone will see. *MAKE SURE COLOUR IS RED - NOT GREEN!!* Then Click ADD Attribute (Not the group one).. Then Group - Make sure it Brings up Warehouse or Stock Location as you labeled it above. NOW Here is where you enter ONE Warehouse location at a time. So your First one might be London Then SAVE it - Make sure you save it. Now your second one will be NEW YORK Then SAVE it.. ***YOU MUST DO AT LEAST TWO LOCATIONS*** Now to check this.. Click on ATTRIBUTE AND GROUPS at the TOP. Now Click on the STOCK LOCATION Words not the PAD but the actual words or letter. It should display your multiple locations. Once you have this .... now the trick is to record this with your products. Open the product you have in multiple locations. Click on COMBINATIONS at the Top Now follow the sequence: Click the Group Drop BOX and Select STOCK LOCATIONS (or whatever you use) Click Attribute Drop BOX select your location you want the first product allocated to: Click ADD (Make sure the location appears in the box). Complete - Reference, Location, EAN13 ETC.. ***Now here you select QTY that you have in THAT location.. You can change the prices if you need to due to different location.. When Done click ADD THIS COMBINATION.. Now do the same process and select another location Now check your site and see when you select THAT product you should see the drop drop with multiple locations popping up with the available stock. I hope that helps (at least it works for my simple system).
