Hello, We're on Prestashop 1.7.7.2 using Warehouse theme 4.3.5 Our site is slow. We're looking not only for an expert to help us speed up our site but also tell us the basic principles of building pages going forward that are not slow. Does anyone have any ideas? Hello One of the first things an idiot developer who ultimately crashed our site decided to do on his own was to upgrade our Warehouse theme. We only asked him to make 7 design simple changes, NOT upgrade the theme! Either way, the Warehouse theme comes with an Iqit Elementor - Page builder where we had a customized theme built for our home page. When the developer ugraded the theme we no longer see the custom one we made. The theme defaults back to the factory preset. Would his upgrade automatically overwrite our custom theme or could we possibly be LUCKY enough that our custom IQIT Elementor based Page builder is somewhere ?? PLEASE SAY IT IS!! 🙏🙏 Otherwise I have to try to rebuild it from scratch from memory Please let me know and...Thanks Again!

Our programmer cannot seem to fix our 404 error and our site went down from a previously incompetent developer. The links are all pointing to a page that says "The page you are looking for was not found." We are trying to get our site back up ASAP!!

Hello, we are on the Prestashop 1.7.4.3 platform using the Warehouse theme that has Elementor built in. Also on a Macbook Pro OS version 10.13.6 using the Chrome browswer. 1. I've using it as a landing page as part of a funnel to launch a new product. It is located in Design>Pages>Page Category: Home. As simple as it sounds I'm confused. How do I make it go live for others to see it? 2. How do I connect the buy button to the the shopping cart built into Prestashop? 3. Is there a way that this page can have analytics? Things like Unique Visitors, Click Through Rates, etc.? (Of course I know it can't have detailed analyicts of a professional funnel builder like a Click Funnels) @Guest @Dh42 Thanks!

Hello, We have 8 categories distributed horizontally across our header menu. The problem is when we shrink the page horizontally at least 2 of the menu categories drop down to the second line. Instead, we prefer that it be a full line of the 8 categories or that it transforms into the 3 bars that appear on the left as it defaults to on a mobile site or a tablet. We are on Version 1.7.4.3 with the Elementor design. I've attached a file to show the problem of how the header menu looks when it is shrunken horizontally (www.shopvitalchild.com) Our developer says "for fully responsive menu we need to buy new module". Somehow, I just don't believe him. No, what I'm saying is IT DID WORK! I wanted the page to still be active for SEO search engines to find it but didn't want it to show on any of the modules and it doesn't with that Nowhere drop down shown in the attached above! Understand? This case is solved!

And it Does Still Show If An External Search Engine Is pointing to it...so its not disabled!

OMG! You Won't believe this! Just as I wrote you my last message. I looked at the site one more time and discovered that IT CAN be removed from Best Seller and everywhere else by Going into Options>Visibility and dropping down to Nowhere! Crazy!! It's perfect because I only want the benefit of SEO but not to be shown anywere else! See Attached!!
