Hello Everyone, I installed 2 PrestaShop ver. 8.1.3, one "live shop" and one "test shop" in February 2024. So for example installed https://getstarted.com and https://testshop.getstarted.com. So the live shop is linked to a created new "live database" and the test shop to linked to a created new "test database". I enabled "Maintenance Mode" or "Development Mode" (whatever is called) in Back Office on both of them. I had no issues to login as Admin to back office in the live site and to back office in the testshop site when I had "Maintenance Mode" enabled in February 2024. So like I said I had not issues to login on both sites. I had always login prompt required to enter username and password. No extra modules installed or product added yet... so it was a fresh install. But I left the project untouched for 2 months because I was busy with other stuff. But my wife started asking me to finish the site so she can start use it. However, I came back today to work on these sites to get them ready for my wife, on the live shop and on the test shop. But today I am not able to login at all!!! I don't have login prompt on both of them anymore? I have no ideas why this happen now??? Do you have clue what need to be done or how to fix it this problem? I just don't want to start over again. I also attached screenshot of the backdoor when I try to get to backdoor login on both. I am not expert so I need your expert knowledge how to fix this if there is a way to fix it. Thank you very much.

I installed PrestaShop v.8.1.3 and I struggle to setup shipping cost as a fixed shipping rate. I would like to be able to setup simple fixed rate but I am not sure this PrestaShop has this option available for me? I am looking to setup Shipping service. Example below: For USA - Fixed Price - One item: $6.99 - Additional item: $2.00 For Canada - Fixed Price: One item: $5.99 - Additional item: $2.50 For the rest World - Fixed Price: One item: $9.99 - Additional item: $3.00 Etsy has this option available and I attached one screenshot. My screenshot doesn't show USA, Canada, the rest World option but believe me it is there. I just didn't do whole page screenshot. Is there a module for free or paid which it will allow me to do the same things as on Etsy? I would appreciate your help Thank you very much

No one responded to my post here I needed help here? But I will share with you how I solved this problem. I used 'my carrier' module shipping which already is installed with Prestashop and it is free. Back-office > Shipping > Carriers > My Carrier Under General: I renamed to Canada Post in 'Carrier name'. I set delivery time in 'Transit time'. I set speed grade in 'Speed grade'. Uploaded Canada Post logo in 'Logo' Under Shipping Location and Cost: I used weight option as "item" instant "kg" or "lb" and I set shipping cost rules for different ranges . Tested and it seems working well. Thank you

I need your help I have Prestashop 1.7.7.2 installed and I would like to setup shipping fixed charges based on Country, Delivery carrier, Fixed Price for one item and Fixed Price for Additional item. I know Etsy.com and eBay.com have this setting option available. I would to setup the same on my Prestashop 1.7.7.2. This is example below and the values in dollars entered are just examples Canada - Delivery carrier: Canada Post - What you'll charge: Fixed price - One item: $7.99 - Additional item: $3:00 United States - Delivery carrier: Canada Post - What you'll charge: Fixed price - One item: $5.99 - Additional item: $3:00 Everywhere else - Delivery carrier: Canada Post - What you'll charge: Fixed price - One item: $7.99 - Additional item: $5:00 Here it is example image from Etsy for you to have a better understanding what I am trying to do. Dziekuje endriu107 za ta informacje! Dodalem do /themes/classic/assets/css/themes/ w file: custom.css Nic nie zmienilo sie. Nawet wcisnelem "Clear Cache" ale dalej jest przesuniete w lewo. Chyba ze dodalem tam gdzie nie trzeba? Prosze o podpowiedz

Also discovered the bottom of the page shifted to the left. Subscribe email module and footer. Here it is image below: I installed a fresh Prestashop version 1.7.7.2 on my local computer and it is the same problem. There must be problem with the latest version. I didn't have this problem with previous version 1.7.6.2 Any idea how to fix this? Thank you Chris

Installed featured products module version 2.1.0 It displays featured products in the left column of my homepage. But it should displays featured products in the central column of my homepage. Should I uninstall this module and reinstall it? Any advice, help? Thank you
