If your account really keeps on maxing out your memory limit, you can only resolve this issue by reviewing your codes and optimizing your scripts to lower down its usage. On most situations like this, websites really gets a lot of traffic and then maxes out the resource limits." Actually, the traffic is almost ZERO since the site is newly built. I also check the configuration in BO. After upgrading to 1.5, the back office can not be found, it only shows a 404 page. I used to log in, but after one night it is gone. Maybe some configuration is changed. The front office is no problem. Can any one tell me where to turn off the friendly URL in the database? I can't log in the BO, so I want to see whether can change in the database.

with several times of upgrading failed, I am wondering is there any way to newly install the prestashop but keep the products related and customer related information? I mean I don't want to lose these key information but I don't know which tables should be moved to the new database so that the products and customer information can be kept as the previous one. Is there anyone can help?
