Hello everyone, I know this is an old post, but because it's related, I'm posting my new question here. I ran into a problem when testing discounts in my shop (prestashop 1.7). I get the following errors: 1 when creating a specific price rule for a product: 'An error occurred while updating the specific price.' 2 When adding a new catalog price rule: A The first rule provokes no error, but gets ID 0, doesn't show in FO, and when I try to remove it: 'Object cannot be loaded (identifier missing or invalid)' (the translation tool reveals it is an error from the auto upgrade module) 'An error occurred while deleting the object. specific_price_rule (cannot load object)' B The second rule: 'An error occurred while creating an object. specific_price_rule (Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY')' I am currently using: Prestashop 1.7.2.0 Can anyone help me? Hello everyone, I am creating my own template from the classic template. So far I am only working on the index page, which is almost done. I only need to translate the complete page into a second language. But here I ran into a problem: After translating a string (via modifying translations in BO) and switching between my own template and the classic template (via design in BO) I get a HTTP ERROR 500 in BO. FO is still working ok. This happens with my own translations but the same with the existing translationstrings of the classic template. I tried this even in a clean prestashop installation, with just the classic template and a copy of the classic template with only the necessary changes in the theme.yml file. I tested it locally with XAMPP and online via our hosting provider (OVH) all with the same results. In debug modus I got: FatalErrorException in ErrorHandler.php line 47: Compile Error: Cannot declare class Symfony\Component\Debug\ErrorHandler, because the name is already in use in ErrorHandler.php line 47 I am using prestashop 1.7.1.2. Does anyone know if this is an known problem or something I did wrong? Thank you. Karin
