  5. It pays to always back up Uploaded the PayPal version before this new upgraded one. Everything is back up and running. Definitely something wrong with the latest PayPal update. Thanks for replying xga
  6. Hello xga, I cant uninstall it cause my admin is completely blank. Im going to upload the the PayPal files via FTP from a backup, hoping that works as I dont know how to manually uninstall it. I get 500 error in windows but firefox, everything is blank
  7. Hello, In Admin under Modules, Notifications there is PayPal Upgrade. I click on upgrade now my entire site has disappeared both Admin and Store. There is no errors recorded in cPanel. Both Admin and Store is just a blank page. How can I revert back from the upgrade or is there a fix? PrestaShop 1.7.3 PayPal Module: PayPal & Braintree Official Module. Compatibility: v1.4.01 - v1.7.4.0 Version: 4.4.0 (6/12/2018) Thought I would try... Downloading the files from the add ons page then uploaded them via FTP, this did not work Thank You
  8. I had the same problem. Advanced Perimeters -> Performance -> Smarty -> Template compilation from the drop down -> Recompile templates if the files have been updated. Save I was then able to update modules. Hope that helps

  10. I saw a thread on this a few weeks ago, someone from PrestaShop put in a forge ticket. Now I cant find that thread here in the forum nor can I find it in the forge. Silly me forgot to save the thread. I'm obviously punching in the wrong keywords searching This seems to be a common problem, surely someone has a fix for this or maybe knows the thread I'm referring to? Thanks
  11. I have the same problem with the email translations, click save, redirects to website with admin address in the address bar and says... Page cannot be found. It doesn't save at all. I upgraded from 1.7.1 to 1.7.2.0 thinking that might fix the problem but it didn't, no errors show in the error log, cache cleared, tried doing it manually in the files but it doesn't change. It would be good if it worked straight from the back office. Can anyone help please
