hi there, I'm using PrestaShop 1.7.8.7 and I've 13.000 and more products and I use the Reference Number field (that I fill with the EAN code of the products) in order to search products in the back office and disable them on the fly when I sell them inside my physical shop. My problem is that since I have all the 13.000 products with the EAN 13 field empty (this value is inside the Reference Number field, as I mentioned before) Google Shopping doesn't allow me to export products with the Google PS official module, so I need a way to copy the value in Reference Number into the EAN 13 field ad once for all products, and not doing it manually for all the 13.000 and more products. Is there a way? Could I do this with a SQL query? Thanks in advance, guys

Hi there, I've recently upgraded my PrestaShop to the lastest version (1.7.8.7 and I'm using the default PrestaShop Theme) and everything is working fine, I've also received some orders, some even minutes ago. I was checking on the checkout procedure to check if there were some elements to be styled or something to be adjousted and I've noticed this: When I add a product to my card and click on "Completa Ordine" button (it's the Checkout button) the shop simply refresh the page (in the beginning) and now (after cleared browser cache, prestashop cache, and so) it redirect's me on the home page. But I've received orders. Grazie mille, svuotato la tabella ps_accessory nel database e risolto tutto, grazie mille ^^ Un'altra curiosità: ho moltissimi prodotti che nella etichetta delle combinazioni ("Contrassegna quando disponibile") hanno un testo custom (i primi anni scrivevo manualmente il testo dell'etichetta, solo in seguito ho visto che quel testo poteva essere specificato nelle opzioni e applicato automaticamente a tutti i prodotti), non sono riuscito a trovare come fare per rimuoverlo in tutti i prodotti che lo hanno, così da usare il testo prestabilito e che ho specificato nelle impostazioni. Hi there, I run a shop with over 12.000 products, each products has manual and static related products inserted by me manually for every product (in very product sheet, after the Supplier field, there is the "RElated Products" field and there you can add manually each related product, its a basic prestashop function, no extra module for this). Now, I've purchased and installed a module that dinamically put related products and I'm very happy with it: my only problem is that now I would like to remove all the manual and static products from every single product but as I've said: over 12.000 products, it's impossible to do it manually one by one. So, is there a way (maybe an SQL query?) to remove all related products from all products at once?

Ciao ragazzi, ho circa 12.000 prodotti, ho scaricato e installato ieri un modulo che mi gestisca i prodotti correlati e sono contentissimo di come funzioni, il problema ora è che io avevo per ogni scheda prodotto dei prodotti correlati inseriti manualmente da me, non posso modificare manualmente oltre 12.000 schede, esiste un modo per rimuoverli in una volta sola da tutti i prodotti? Vi spiego meglio: nella schermata principale di creazione/modifica prodotto, sotto la Marca, esiste di default la voce "Prodotti Correlati" io li avevo inseriti lì e dovrei rimuoverli da lì. Forse con una query SQL posso risolvere il problema, ma ho il terrore di fare danni al database e di cancellare informazioni importanti. Qualcuno di voi può aiutarmi? Grazie mille!

Hi guys, I run an online shop based on prestashop 1.7 and as I can see, even if the shop runs really well and I can't complain, in the back office I often get intenal server errors.... for example: when i clear the cache, or maybe when I'm resetting a module or trying to configure a new one... It's really common for my shop to get this error. Sometimes, I refresh the page and the problem is solved but other times it's necessary to contact the host company, and hope that they can find he problem. Sometimes is a folder to delete, some other times is a module folder to delete... for examble acqually I have my backoffice down due to internal server error, the error shows up while i was trying to reset a module (due to module malfunction). Hi, I have this exact problem: cannot enable the faceted search module on the search results page.
