  1. I've been trying to install PrestaShop on a Siteground hosting with no success. First, I was running into a redirect problem. I searched around and found some posts about an infinite loop problem requiring regeneration of .htaccess file, etc. Tried all of that without any success. Then I tried the Softaculous automatic installation, which also failed. After several back and forth with Siteground's support and no success, I'm left to ask here if this is a common occurance with PrestaShop on Siteground hosting? Has anyone experienced anything like this with Siteground? What is the solution to the redirect error with SSL or https? Any working walk-through available anyone care to share?
  2. Were you able to get this integrated? If so, can you share the steps - I'm curious about Klaviyo's segmentation feature. I might want to try it out down the road.
  3. Well, the solution provided in that link (for the error message in the subject line) also mentioned link_rewrite. Since I couldn't find it - I felt it was worth asking so I don't have to come back for it again. Anyways, it's all taken care of now.
  4. Prestashop: v 1.6.1.15. Error: Property Product->name length (171) must be between 0 and 128 I'm getting the error message above when importing product csv. I've followed the steps shared in this thread, but I can't find "link_rewrite -> size" or "name -> size" in admin/classes/product.php Are the two no longer in product.php? If not, is the database changes all that is needed? or there are additional steps for v1.6.1.15?
  5. I re-configured everything and now it is repeated 7 times.
  6. I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.15 and I'm having problems with the "Layered Navigation Block". It is showing 4 times on the left column. I can't figure out what might be causing it to repeat and I couldn't find anything about this problem on the forum. I have unhooked it from the "displayLeftColumn" in Positions --> displayLeftColumn. I then uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it again. But I'm still seeing the same problem. Has anyone experienced this before? Any idea as to what might be the cause? P.S. I'm working on a localhost setup so I can't share a link to the site.
  7. Does it integrate with the site design or is there a branded pop-up that shows up when customers pick that option?
  8. Prestashop version: 1.6 I'm looking for a payment gateway or module that accepts some of the major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Discovery, MasterCard) that is free or doesn't cost too much. I'd looked at Authorized.net but they have a steep fee of $25. Anyone here know of a cheaper alternative for a new store that possibly charges on a percentage basis or only when a customer makes payment, etc?
  9. Prestashop version: 1.6.1.13 I have imported categories using CSV with utf-8 encoding without any errors. The categories all show in "Catalog-->Categories" but I cannot add the imported categories to manually added products. When I go into "Catalog-->Product-->Associations-->Associated Categories" I only see "Home". The imported categories are not on the list. I've also noticed that only categories that were added manually are the only ones showing on the frontend but not the imported ones. I was wondering if this is a common thing with imported categories and if so: 1. How can I resolve this so that when I import categories I can add them to manually added products. 2. Also, when I import categories they display on the store frontend under the category section.
