  1. Yes! I was able to solve the problem by contacting Mollie and ask them to update the add-on as this seemed to be working incorrectly. Try updating the Mollie add-on to the latest version. This should solve it!
  2. Hi thanks for your reply. I did some more testing and here's some more details for this problem: The shop is currently setup to show prices EXCLUDING TAX (this is setup in Customer Groups) The shop has the same MOLLIE add-on (for payments) as my backup store which seems to be working perfectly. What goes correctly: The CART shows the correct product price and TAX During checkout the correct prices and taxes are shown Payment total (made with MOLLIE add-on) is correct. What goes wrong: The price in DASHBOARD > ORDERS shows the price EXCLUDING TAX as is this was the TOTAL price. The order history in the customer account also shows the price EXCLUDING TAX as is this was the TOTAL price. The email confirmation also shows the price EXCLUDING TAX as is this was the TOTAL price. The PDF invoice also shows the price EXCLUDING TAX as is this was the TOTAL price. Now here's another STRANGE thing. When you choose to pay on invoice (and then manually set the order to payment accepted) then the payments, the backoffice, the emails and the PDF's are correct. This would mean that the Database should not be the problem, otherwise this should happen no matter what type of payment is made, right? Please let me know if you can help me out. Thanks!
  3. Hi, I just upgraded to the latest version of Prestashop ( 1.7.6.1) and I'm experiencing the following strange issue. While purchasing a product of eg, EUR 1,- the cart specifies the amount excluding and including TAX. See screen shot 01 (the cart). Payment also is the correct amount of EUR 1,- BOTH invoice and email confirmation show don't show the TAX amount and the TOTAL PAID shows EUR 0,83 instead of EUR 1,- (see screen shot 02-details in user account and 03-invoice) Can anyone please help me out? I've looked everywhere but I don't understand what's going on and how to solve this. Thanks in advance! Luca
  4. Hey, I'm trying to upgrade my store, but after a while (during the upgrade) all the I/O recourses are used up and the upgrade can't complete because the website won't be unavailable for about 10 minutes. I don't understand what's going on and how to solve this so that I can upgrade the store. Situation: The store is on a subdomain: webshop.zillionproductions.com (Prestashop) I made a backup of the full domain, available in a backup folder on the root of the domain www.zillionproductions.com Im running PHP 7.0 Im trying to upgrade with 1-Click-Upgrade The helpdesk where the website is hosted tells me that there is an increased I/O data stream (loads of read-write actions, to and from the file system. And they say I have to limit my data or optimize it... Hope someone can help. Thanks, Luca
  5. Hi, I'm using Prestashop 1.7.2.1. and each time I modify a product and hit SAVE, the button remains light blue and the browser seems to hang/freeze for a very long time. After minutes of waiting It will respond again. Or after closing the browser and restarting it again. Can someone help me figure out what's wrong? I've attached a video to show you what's going on... You'll see that at first, everything will respond nicely, but after saving, it will just hang. Thanks, Luca hanging_prestashop.mov
  6. Hey, in the last upgrade from Prestashop to version 1.7.2.0, some changes are made to the Classic theme as well. Such as readability on low res screens. However, the buttons where changed too (used to display just fine in previous version) See screenshot of the new version. Hope this can be fixed in a new upgrade. Thanks, Luca
  7. Ah, solved! Looks like Prestashop sends the 'order_conf' (Payment Confirmed) email automatically. I don't know where this option is. However, this makes the extra email Payment Accepted unnecessary. So go to Order Settings > Statuses Edit the status Payment Accepted by unchecking the option 'Send email to customer'.
  8. Hey, each time an order is made customers get an email for: Payment accepted and Payment Confirmed. I'd like to NOT automatically send the Payment Accepted email, and just keep the Payment Confirmed email. However in Payment settings > Statuses you can only edit the status Payment Confirmed. Where can I switch OFF the Payment Accepted email status? There are some outstanding discussions on this topic, but none of them seems very helpful. Thanks!
  9. Hi Vekia, thanks; in fact I did try replacing the logos in then back office, but it won't work. Any suggestions?
  10. Hi guys, I created a shop on a domein and then moved it to another with also meant I had to change the logo . Now I was able to change the logo by uploading a new one, however it still keeps calling the new logo with the old name. Example: The logo on the old site was: /img/barcodesmaken-logo.png Prestahop renamed it to: /img/barcodesmaken-logo-1500624670.jpg The logo on the new website is: zillionproductions-logo.png Prestahop still keeps renaming it to: /img/barcodesmaken-logo-1500624670.jpg Result, when the logo is attached to an email as a file, it shows the OLD name. I added a few screen dumps to this post as well. Can someone help me out? Thanks!
  11. Ah, solved it! Accidentally created a displayAfterBodyOpeningTag position that messed the reader up. Once deleted from positions, it was fixed again
  12. Hey! I must have done something wrong while editing my shop, because the 'shopping card' and 'login' somehow got centered weirdly instead of being aligned to the right like they are supposed to be. Don't know what I did, but I hope someone can help. Again; I have no clue what I might have done wrong and how to fix this. Thanks in advance for your help!
