Bonjour , Je viens d'acheter ce thème sur Prestashop Addons : dezeen J'ai la version 1.7.2.1 mais celui ci me dit "Ce thème n'est pas compatible avec Prestashop 1.7", alors que c'est écrit sur la fiche produit du template : Prestashop 1.7.0.0 - 1.7.4.2. J'ai essayé en .zip et via FileZilla, même message pour les deux ... (pièce jointe) Avez-vous une solution ? Des idées d'ou peut venir le problème ? Merci beaucoup à vous.

Oui ce problème est présent pour tous les produits. J'ai la même erreur pour chaque produit testé...

Bonjour, Je suis entrain de finaliser mon site e-commerce https://kit-beton-cire.lesbetonsdeclara.fr mais je rencontre un problème lors du choix de livraison... Le module Colissimo Simplicité a été correctement paramétré (confirmation par la hotline) mais lors du choix du mode de livraison, lorsque l'on valide son choix, un message d'erreur apparaît : "Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log." Le problème provient de Prestashop et non du module Colissimo Simplicité.
