In the authorization_role table, the following lines were missing: ID - slug: 53 - ROLE_MOD_TAB_ADMINCMSCONTENT_CREATE 54 - ROLE_MOD_TAB_ADMINCMSCONTENT_READ 55 - ROLE_MOD_TAB_ADMINCMSCONTENT_UPDATE 56 - ROLE_MOD_TAB_ADMINCMSCONTENT_DELETE If you put them back on the table, you can access the Pages tab and grant the access to other profiles. But the only thing I don't understand is how these lines were removed. For now, I'm closing this issue.

Exacto! no queda guardado los permisos en ningun perfil para acceder a "Paginas". Encontre este tutorial de como hacer una pagina CMS desde la base de daos y funciona! http://victor-rodenas.com/2017/04/23/crear-pagina-php-en-prestashop-1-7/ Pero tengo un problema, no se como agregarle mas informacion, en el tutorial solo muestra como poner el titulo y el subtitulo a la nueva pagina CMS. Alguien sabe como agregar mas info ? osea ponerle un cuerpo agragarle imagenes o videos? Gracias!
