How to do backup right? Do I need to use a stand-alone memory card or something else? I did something to my computer already. And also I tried to upgrade already long time ago to older version but still, unfortunately cannot upgrade. Still same errors. I have not non- prestashop modules. Can somebody take a look to my store and help me out?

A test email has been sent to the email address you provided. Hello, please help! I have 1.6.1.14 PS version. Installed Mail Alerts module and tried to send email to myself. I am able to get notification like ...a ''test email has been sent.....'' but actually I do not get any email to my mailbox. I tried 2 differnet address, one is AOL.com , another one is GMAIL.com. The module is hooked with all possible transplants, installed and I tried with PHP's and SMTP's version. Please help!!

Prestashop 1.6.1. 13 and I tried very many different browsers, even from cellphone, to add new product. Sometimes the button worked but the most time it is spinning only and does not save or does not edit anything. Just wasting my time. I already tried to change setting on Advanced parameters - performance.... But no luck! Still looking for help! Thank you!

After I cannot save and edit new product, not I am getting error like it: (timeout) A server error occurred while loading the tabs: some tabs could not be loaded. Please try again by refreshing the page. If you are still encountering this problem, please check your server logs or contact your hosting provider for assistance. Hi, I have all same problems. Cannot work Email Alert and my hosting is GoDaddy. Tried to do everything, nothing did not help. With TEST email to myself I will get junk email (with something ), but from contact us or order confirmation and etc.... I do not get any email. Although If I send email, the website tells: email sent. The language is in english. Please help!
