Hi " We wil provide an area in your existing admin to add call centre users we will create a new section where these call center users will be able to login These users can view all those orders which are not processed by them They will be able to view the order details and they will have an option to Approve or Reject If approve is pressed, we can send an email to user that your order is approved and in admin the status will change to Approved by Call center and same will be for reject those orders which are processed by call center will not display in their panel this is the functionality we will provide " i want to intégrate this fonctionnality in my store please help me thank you
