just a quick question really when i add a product combination on a product and they are active and i load or refresh that product page on my site the i cannot see the product anymore and the product tabs at the bottom of my page are rearranged and seems like the info tab covers the product image and everything else and i cannot find the solution if im not clear i have attached images of before and after when i add a combination to show you what i mean if anyone can help it would be fantastic many thanks

i have put everything in line like i wanted on the checkout but now when i click on the guest checkout or create and account nothing happens can anyone shed some light on how to fix this many thanks

if you visit my website www.diamondsandsteel.co.uk and add a product and go into my cart and what i would like is where it says account and the option already a customer, is to have the other two option just below guest checkout and create an account all to be in a line i.e already a customer, new and exsiting customers in the same box so when you go onto my cart the three options of checking out are in a line

Wondering if any can shed any light on the issue i have when i go checkout on my shop i have 1 page checkout enabled on my shop along with guest checkout, and what i am after doing in having in one row already a customer, guest checout, and create and account all in a line and for the life of me i am unable to do so can anyone shed any light on how to do this would be much appricated many thanks

hi, i have installed presta and everything was working fine, i then installed pay pal module the official one and configured the module to accept my API details, configure the pay pal to allow the use of the express checkout on the product page and also the checkout.. the issue is when i hover over the express checkout button the icon changes like its linked then when you actually click on it nothing happens i have tried everything and even look at the code and i am unable to find any solution i have uninstalled the module and reinstall it and also re inputted the API details the final checkout button on the very last page of the checkout process works brilliant just the express button nothing is linked and i cant understand why many thanks and hope someone can help

yeah my site was never created locally i was given a temp web address for hosting site and that's why i wanna remove the IP before my DOMAIN but now its ready to go live and and how do i check the permissions where do i check that on the hosting side or presta side and what permission should it be set too..i also maybe think that's the issue may lay with the hosting company as i have searched my domain and no info comes up on whois but i purchased the domain months and months ago

and yes all my files are in my public_html folder on my web server i have cleared cookies and smarty cache when i go and type my new domain in there's nothing all though i can still log into the admin side but dont look like it did before the change just plain text no graphics on a white background

hi i am having the same issue i installed prestashop on my hosting site before my domain went live i am now at the stage where i want to put my site live i have read 1001 post on how to do this but cant get my head round it so at this moment in time i can only access my site via this http://IP ADDRESS/DOMAIN NAME when i want to be able to type my domain in a web browser and it shows up some one please help
