Hi, I have really big problem with multiple currencies. I have PrestaShop 1.6.1.5 (can't update because of the template used ). And sometimes, eshop will switch from EUR to CZK (Czech crowns..our local currency) and it will convert the order in 1:1 rate, so today... Order with product listed under pice 18 CZK (instead of 18,36 EUR) appeared...the rounding of 0.36 is also weird. Order looks like this: As you can see, my order says 18 kč instead of 18.36 € on the Unit price row, but all the prices as suma of products, shipping and Total are in CZK, but converted with the right rate. I don't understand what is wrong here and how i does happen. 1.6.1.5

Hi guys, I have problem with order cancelling inside backend. every time I try to cancel order containing producet wih combinations enabled, I will end on this error: Some new orders works just fine, but there still one order with combination product that can't be cancelled and it ends on this. PS version: 1.6.1.5 Thanks for your help

OK, My eshop working just fine now. You just need to have both IP and browser lang from selected country. And thanks Daresh. That what you should get. Do you have geopIP file installed? If you want, I can test your site from czech IP and browser. What I know is that...the cookies for language and currency is interesting...sometimes it ignores even private mode in browsers.

Hmm..that´s interesting. I just tested it with user-agent set to PL. I got your site in Polish, but still with euro currency. But when I access with Polish proxy. I will get the site with PLN, so it works. Can you please test my site olimpex.eu from Poland? I set Poland as a country with € as a default currency. Maybe my testing method is just wrong and it works just fine. Thank you

Hi Daresh, thank you for your answer. Do you have "Set language from browser" and "Set default country from browser language" enabled? And do you have "Currency block" addon enabled? Because that's my actual setup + these two steps you send me and it does not work. But thanks again.

Hello, I need to do one "simple" thing. I need to switch currency based on visitors country. I read a lot about it on this forum and I am confused. I read really long and pretty old thread and there where a lot of answers. I tried them including the default currency for country and language switch module disbled...and nothing works. So I want to ask you...how to do it now on prestashop 1.6.1.5 (only version working with our template). As I said, I tried things from the post...what should be 1.6 archive. Now the language will switch automatically based on your browser language, but I want currency to do it too. Thank you for your help. Thanks, Simon

Dobrý den, v eshopu prodáváme do více zemí, než jen do ČR. Například jsme nyní spustily Německo. Chci tedy nastavit, aby zákazník přicházející z němec nejenže automaticky dostal web ve svém jazyce, ale aby se mu i měna přepla na EURa. EURa mám v eshopu aktivní, kurz nastavený. Stejně tak mám zaplou geolokaci a určení jazyka i země dle jazyka prohlížeče (dle IP adresy jsem nenašel). K zemi jsem také napsal její "default currency", no ta se však spolu s jazykem nepřepne. Nyní tedy, pokud přijde německý zákazník..dostane neměcký jazyk, no už ne EURa. Zde jsou má nastavení lokalizace: Zde pak nastavení Německé země (zvolená měna je EURo): Zde je web načtený ve firefoxu s nastavenou němčinou, jako jazykem prohlížeče. Jazyk se přepl korektně, ale měna zůstala na CZK: Autory použitého templatu jsem kontaktoval. Dle nich to je chyba enginu PrestaShop a template to sám o sobě nepřidává. Eshop běží na verzi 1.6.1.5, což byla doporučená verze Prestashop pro dan template přímo od autora. Začínám být zoufalý. Někde tvrdí, že je to chyba templatu, jinde mě posílají sem na Presta fóra. Nevím, čím to je, jen vím, že nám zákazníci z DE nakupují v pro ně nevýhodných korunách. Mockrát děkuji za pomoc.

PrestaShop version: 1.6.1.5 Hi guys, I have problem with Prestashop order system. I have an action...that you will get several gifts when you buy more than one of some products.....and there is the problem... The price of these gifts is counter into the freew shiping rule..so My rule is: If your order costs at least 1500 CZK, you will get free shiping. And as you can see there, order is cheaper without gifts, but it will give free shping with this order too. Screen: It's really serious problem..I want to finally publish my site, but I can't with this...so...Thanks fo your time

Tak jsem...udělal celej ten postup co je na tom GitHubu a bohužel to nejde. Na mém počítači to jde ve Všem, ale na dvou pracovních počítačích a jednom virtuálním to však nejde nakonec v ničem, ani ve Firefoxu. Už opravdu nevím :/ A zároveň to hází hlášku: chyby: 5 Pole link_rewrite (English (United States)) je neplatné. Pole link_rewrite (Deutsch (German)) je neplatné. Pole link_rewrite (Русский (Russian)) je neplatné. Pole link_rewrite (Español (Spanish)) je neplatné. Pole link_rewrite (Français (French)) je neplatné.

Díky moc za odpověď (dle nicku očekávám česky mluvícího kolegu). Bohužel upgradovat kvůli firemnímu tématu grafiky nemůžu..snažím se tedy kouknout na ten fix. Jen nechápu jak ho aplikovat. Můžete mi s tím prosím poradit? vidím tak nějaké kousky kódu pod sebou, ale nějak nevím co s tím. Díky moc.

Hello, I have problem with my PrestaShop website. Sometimes it will just reload without any error and without saving any settings...sometimes it will just save everything without problem. I had the same problem on WEDOS hosting and with the same website on OVH dedicated server. I am running Prestashop 1.6.1.5. What I know..I have this saving problems on slower computers, but on highend PC, I have about 95% of succesfull saves. I really don't know, what to do with this, so thanks for your help. Simon

Hello, I have problem in Prestashop 1.6.1.5 with generating PDFs of supply orders and some other PDFs. When I hit generate, I got blank white page only, as you see here: Can you help with this please? I am hosting it na Czech company named WEDOS. My order is in "order verified" status. Thanks so much.
