  1. Hello Everyone, I am having trouble with some settings that seem to be wired into the Kinggym Theme. The theme is purchased a couple of months ago but a lot of settings date from somewhere in 2015. This include a carrier, a payment method and bunch of products that are invisble. When a customer makes an order there are two options visible after completing the order in the Shipping section The first is from date 07/13/2015 from ¨my carrier¨ with shipping costs €2,00. This one seems a standard build-in carrier, and is not visible in the carrier page in the shipping section. I want this one to be deleted, and not visible for the customers, as this is not an official shipping option. The same accounts for the payment method, also a method from 2015 is popping up. Then when customers order a certain product, about 4 products are connected to this and will also appear on the invoice. However these products are nowhere to be found in the catalog or as an association with the products. Products are: Nevatear Heavy Bag, Everhide Speed Bag, Mantis Punch Mitts and more boxing material. Therefore I suppose this is created by the theme maker. Is there a way to solve these issues? Is there a way to delete this old carrier and make sure this one is invisible? Thanks a lot for all the help.
  3. After a Migration from a subfolder to the root folder, there are no more products visible in the back office under catalog > products. The products are still visible and usable in the front office in website. The error report looks like this. I know that one of these errors was already here before the migration so it does not seem to be related. I have searched forums but did not found any similar error after migration.   5. Yes this is correct. For example, we have several currencies in the website and when the euro is selected everything works fine. In the checkout it is possible to use the payment modules. In the backoffice, in the payment section it says that there are no payment modules installed. So with this, it is not possible to set any currency preferences in the payment section, so it is not possible to set any preferences for the british pound. For this reason, in the front office, when the britisch pound is selected it says there is no possibility to pay in the checkout section.
  6. I did check this and these are the settings: Smarty Cache: NO Debug Mode: NO Optional Features: Features, YES - Customer Groups - YES CCC: NO Caching: NO Also cleaned the cache manually in the FTP so the cache does not seem to cause the problem here.
  7. Hello Everyone, There seems to be an error with enabling modules, especially with the payment modules. Two modules are installed, enabled and are working in the front office checkout. But, in the modules section in the backoffice it is still possible to click enable, and than nothing happends. Also when I go to the payment section, it says ¨It seems there are no recommended payment solutions for your country.¨ So these modules are not correctly enabled, and the enable button is not functioning. Does anyone know a solution? Thanks a lot! - I have cleared the cache already, manually and automatically in the back office. After clearing the cachec manually in the FTP it seemed to work, but not for long.
