  1. My state does not tax services such as graphic design. When we create a product to hand to or ship to a customer, yes, that's taxed, but simple service only like creating a logo, is not taxed. How do I make certain products tax exempt?
  2. OK. we did 2 things yesterday, we updated our SSL, and we added tracking pixels from facebook. It turns out, the tracking pixel choked the template because of the javascript. We fixed it now using literal tags before the javascript.
  3. I can get in to dashboard, but front end sites are down, and all it says is 500 error. I have NO idea where it broke or how to fix this, because the 500 error message is useless. www.leahsveganlife.com (now has diff message cuz my dev has changed it) My dev has been researching it for hours and can't find the cause yet. PLEASE HELP? Where do we look?
  4. Thank you for your fast reply! No, we're 80% direct to the customer, and 20% to the trade. We can definitely edit the code, but you said impossible if products have combinations. (Yes, we can add pdf to allowed uploads. good idea.)
  5. I have the same question. I need my print brokers to see the retail price, so they know what to charge THEIR customers, but also see their discount on each product. I can apply discount per category, for example, print brokers would get 30% off full color business cards. And yes, of course we have combinations, but the discount remains the same each of the options, no matter how many quantity they choose. For example, this whole category gets 30% off, but the print broker MUST see both retail and his wholesale price. https://azhg.com/category/full-color-389 ALSO - How do i create the discounts? Cart rules? Coupons? We created a Reseller group, but the discounts will vary by category. Some things are only 10% off, and some products are half off. Thank you!
  6. @El Patron. Yes, I know about that addon, which to me is $45. I appreciate you posting that for people who don't have a developer on staff. I just wish the prestashop developers were more helpful in contributing to the forum, AND that a tax exempt group was already available in the standard store. We switched from OpenCart to Prestashop for various reasons of functionality, but had I known the forum wasn't being assisted by PS Devs, I might not have switched. When I had questions for the OpenCart community, they were answered in minutes or hours, and sometimes a day or 2. But in PS forums I see things going for weeks and months and sometimes totally unanswered for years. It's very disappointing.

  8. PRESTASHOP DEVELOPERS!! This is such an obviously needed function that should be part of the store without any hacking, or addon modules. And if not, then a Prestashop Developer should reply to this thread and help all of us who need this. I'm so frustrated.
  9. Same problem here. I believe Prestashop email imap security is outdated. I'm using G-Suite, which is the business version of gmail, and it just wont work unless I lower my security levels account wide, to accommodate prestashop, which is insane, and I won't do. Anyone find a way to make this work yet?
  10. I don't want the discounts gone, I want the big stupid table showing VOLUME DISCOUNTS gone. I need the discounts themselves to remain. As you click [+] button, the price goes lower, which I like. I just want that big table gone, showing volume discounts. I think it's confusing, because it shows discount and how much you save, rather than what you pay. And it pushes the description way too low on the page.
  11. OK, thank you for checking! Cox Internet is what we have in AZ and I checked using my VPN and it was better! Called COX and they said the problem was known and their engineers are working on it, and now it's good again. Thank you! I appreciate your help!
  12. I have not installed new modules. I allowed Amazon pay to update over a week ago, but the latency is new the past few days. The only thing that's new is products, and not many, less than 10. I haven't had time to work on it much recently. Does my site load slow for you also? http://azhouseofgraphics.com/ I will contact my host, which is 1and1, but they will undoubtedly tell me it's not on their end.
