WE need a customer phone number for every order we get. We have it ticked that phone number is mandatory however we are getting orders through which dont have phone numbers on them. So is this just an error with the system or what? thanks in advance

when a customer is registering it gets halfway through the registration and then locks them out. When they try to sign back in with the password they created, it says password is wrong. then they have to get a new password sent to their email address. BUT when they go back to sign in with the recovery/new password, nothing happens and they can't log in at all. So basically they can't log in or order anything. Any one else having this problem??
