thanks for your statement, master. but I don´t get it. I give you an example of my issues. I have store A with categories and articles. a url to an article would be like that: mydomain.com/category/subcategory/articlename-productID.html My store B has completely different categories. when I associate an article XY with a category in store B, the url of the article stays the same, because the system shows the url of the native category (main category) of the article. for instance: in store A, an article is in category "chairs / wooden chairs". so the url would be mydomain.com/chairs/wooden-chairs/articlename-productID.html. in store B, the same article should be shown in category "hotel furniture / hotel room / chairs, so here the url should be like mydomain2.com/hotel-furniture/hotel-room/chairs/articlename-productID.html. But it isn´t because the main (origin) category of the article is in shop A the category chairs / wooden chairs. so the url in store B is also shown as mydomain2.com/chairs/wooden-chairs/articlename-productID.html, although the article is correctly shown in the hotel furniture/hotel-room/chairs category. I am building a 2nd store from the main installation. This store has different categories, but the products (articles) from the main shop should be used also in this store. When I associate an article with the new store, then in the url there is shown the category in which the product is situated in the original store. Of course this is wrong. This fact tells me, that I have to duplicate all products into the new store and drop them all into the right (new) categories of the new store and associate only with the new store (so that they are not shown at all in the original store because of duplicating). My question: is this the right way to do it or am I wrong and there are other solutions? My PS Version is 1.6.1.7. thanks! Mani

I found the crazy solution. Somehow (don´t aks me why) all the product names got deleted because of the translation copy. this was the cause why the product urls could not be created and so also the pics couldnt be found. it took me time to find out that there was no product name anymore. the solution was to import the product names again. that´s all.

but I did NOT copy a translation into the live theme. just into another theme on which I am working on a sub shop.

htaccess regenerate didnt help. I use multishop and for that I copied the german language from the live site to another theme. then that all happened. so how should I revert to the old translation file? I don´t know why copying the translation to another theme (which is not used on the live site) affected the live theme.

I added the code to the confirmation page of the quote cart module in views/templates/front/quotes_cart.tpl line after {if isset($guest_mail_send)}, between the IF / ELSE but it doesnt work. The code is integrated in the page but the google conversion analysis too says: Missing HTTP ResponseMissing HTTP Response denotes that, while the AdWords Conversion Tracking code was detected in the page source, the script itself did not execute. Each time the Conversion Tracking script executes, we expect an HTTP Response carrying the Conversion Tracking request to Google’s servers carrying conversion_id, conversion_label, conversion_value and page URL. This means that the Conversion Tracking code is not implemented properly on the page and no conversions will be tracked. Recommended Action: Reinstall the Conversion Tracking snippet by removing the current iteration, copy a new version from the AdWords interface, and insert that version into the site. So what can I do now? We must have conversion tracking. Is it possible to route to another (for instance) content page in which I include the tracking code? Thanks and regards, Manfred

Hallo, sorry, dass ich hier nichts mehr geschrieben habe! da es schnell gehen musste und ich selbst kein programmierer bin, waren die leute von der xxxx*) so nett und haben mir das gemacht. ich habe jetzt im backend bei den übersetzungen auch ein feld, in das ich den text eingeben kann, der angezeigt werden soll. wie sie es technisch umgesetzt haben, weiß ich leider nicht. wir nutzen aber das modul "ask for a quote", da kann es sein, dass das vielleicht anders integriert werden muss, als wenn man den richtigen online shop warenkorb verwendet. *) Werbelink entfernt - Whiley
