  1. I was able to solve it by locating the email that is causing the problem and deleting that email in the ps_customers table of the database, make a backup copy before touching anything

  8. Hello! Installing the module (paid version)in fresh and clean 1.7.7.1 version we have problems, if you uninstall, activate, deactivate any module you have blank page with log. You can not manage modules qqhit your module installed. Any help? Thanks in advance

Sin mencionar las prácticas de la mafia que aplican cuentas de Facebook falsas y amenazantes en la cantidad de empresas que han comprado sus módulos, diciendo que usamos contenido pirateado y que nuestro sitio web es dañino porque tiene malware ... indica que acceden de una manera no muy forma legítima para el contenido de su instalación prestashop. Mypresta.eu es un asco de personas y asco de contenido. PD: No necesito esconderme bajo perfiles falsos con nombres falsos e imágenes falsas para informar de nada, y menos en las redes sociales.

El modulo me lo compro una agencia que iba ha hacerme el tema del pixel, lo compraron ellos y me pasaron la propiedad, los de prestashop eran conscientes de que no funcionaba, se les reclamo, yo deje de hacer uso del modulo y la agencia lo reclamo. Tuvimos que demostrarles los problemas que daba con capturas y demás con el pixel helper.
  11. Yo compre el oficial (de Prestashop) y no paraba de dar problemas, no acababa de funcionar como debia y no eran capaces de ponerlo bien. Lo devolvi y cogi los dos modulos que comenta el compañero @gusman126, y maravilla, 10€ cada uno, instalar y todo perfecto...
  12. Pues yo llevo un par de años con la plantilla Warehouse y no he tenido ningun problema fuera de lo normal, el soporte perfecto cuando lo he necesitado. Es mas, he visto como otros usuarios se rompen la cabeza para encontrar modulos que este theme ya incluye por defecto... Asi que en mi opinion y basandome en mi experiencia completamente recomendable la plantilla.
