i have upgraded to 1.6.1.11 and i now cannot log into the back office i have cleared all cache and cookies please help

hi everyone new here so go easy on me. Just setup a prestashop site and went to look what it looked like on the web and realised my url location wasn't set so i set that as follows. If i use https://www.mysite.com it comes up (https’s server DNS address could not be found.) Any help would be good Thanks
