Bonjour. J'essaye de modifier mes templates PDF dans /pdf/ (rien dans mon dossier /pdf de mon thème) et ces modifications ne sont pas prises en compte. A chaque fois que je génére un PDF, il est toujours identique malgré mes modifications. Je nettoye les caches, force la génération des TPL par l'admin, rien... Y a t-il un cache ou autre chose à laquelle je ne pense pas ? Merci.

Bonjour à tous. Je cherche un moyen d'adjoindre une facture pro-forma dès lors que la méthode de paiement choisie est le virement bancaire. Actuellement, un e-mail avec les coordonnées bancaires est envoyé au client, je voudrais associer à ce mail un document PDF permettant au client de justifier le virement auprès de son service compta. Par avance merci pour votre aide.

Bonjour. je ne souhaite pas utiliser le système de facturation de Prestashop, amis je souhaite quand même afficher en envoyer une facture PDF au client : - l'afficher dans l'historique des commandes, ici http://s11.postimg.org/crkrupgqr/screenshot_194.png - l'envoyer automatiquement par email au client Est-ce possible ? A travers un module ou autre ? Idéalement, il suffirait de uploader la facture dans le back-office pour qu'elle soit alors affiché dans l'historique et envoyée automatiquement par e-mail au client. I've managed to solve this with a manual cleaning of the Database. Each time Carrier is modified a new row is added to the DB, i've cleaned all row as tha last configuration is the only one i wish to keep, cleaned all orders with PrestaShop Cleaner Module and new orders are correct now. Thanks.

Hi. I'm having an issue with my Shipping costs. Each time an order is made (testing only for the moment, not in production) i have a "default" Shipping Cost that is added. See http://s18.postimg.org/v62r7cro9/screenshot_180.png Also, the date is not correct (it shoud be the today's date, 18/12/2106) I don't know where these 2 Euros come from, neithe that date. I have my Handling Costs equal zero, and my shipping costs for this order hould be 0,25euros, not 2 euros. Bonjour à tous. J'ai téléchargé le module officiel prestashop Mercanet, et la première et seule étape qu'il me demande est la Clé AUTH. Ok, je vais donc sur le Dashboard mercanet et téléchargé la clé que, j'imagine, est la bonne car c'est la seule que j'ai. Mais quand je l'insére dans le module Mercanet, j'ai le message: Et je ne peut aller plus loin. Une idée ? Par avance merci.

@Mascara of corse, the provided example was just it, an example @rocky many thanks, any idea how to apply this for all European countries ? My question is : Why isn't this a PS Core feature, as it seems obvious to ask it ONLY for European countries ?
