  1. It nice to know that someone else is having the same issues. Not being able to send the customer an email through the back office is quite a burden and takes away from productivity. We noticed that even when we have entered a tacking number or change the status of an order, the customer does not receive the update either. ----Chris
  2. Hello all, We are using PS version 1.6.1.12 We have a problem that we have searched for a resolution and can not find. When a customer places an order, uses contact us form or signs up for our news letter, We receive those emails in Back Office and in our email client. The problem relies to the customer not receiving conformation to orders, replies to contact us, and news letters. We can send emails to the customer from our client email but not through the Back Office directly. We have the configuration setting in place and rechecked Under Advanced Perimeters > Email we have tried using "Use PHP's mail() function (recommended; works in most cases)" and "Set my own SMTP parameters (for advanced users ONLY)" with the same result. Any help on this?
  3. I have also noticed in the list of modules section, the logos there are not showing in back office. See Screen capture attached. Anyone have any ideas?
  4. Back to square one! I thought I found the solution to whenever I went to my catalog my images would show up with a only a box with an X in it. Even when I would select catalog > Products, my images still would show up missing. After installing the 1-Click Upgrade module, my images came back. However, Three days after installing the 1-Click Upgrade module and configuring my images have once again vanished. Can anyone help me resolve this issue? I am running Prestashop 1.6.1.6 with the default theme. Could this default theme be the issue? I could purchase a new theme if that resolves the issue but, I certainly do not desire to do so if it is a waste of time and money without it resolving this issue. Thanks
  5. I believe I have resolved the issue. I installed the 1-Click Upgrade module then clicked save. My images returned. I was using 1.6.1.6 to begin with so I haven't a clue why the 1-Click Upgrade module would have made the difference.
  6. In back office when right clicking > View source, it gives me more infomation than what you are asking for. Would you happen to know what line it should be on?
  7. You are still talking about right clicking in back office? Or on live site? Maybe this is what you are requesting, I took if from right clicking then view source on the product page on the live site. src="https://ledlightsofatlanta.com/345-large_default/2pc-blue-marine-boat-led-lighting-kit.jpg"
  8. I have also found that I can not add additional products with images since this error has occurred.
  9. The options that is given while right click are Bing Lookup ----------------- Save Picture As Share Picture Copy Picture ----------------- Select All Copy ----------------- Inspect Element View Source
  10. Hello, I have an issue that occurred out of the blue. Online my images are seen on my shop. However, in my back office all products show a box with an X in the middle of it. Additionally, when I select any product >edit > Images I can see the number of images included with the product but still no images are shown. Below attached is what I have found but need help to resolve. For example, working with the first product in the screen shot I have attached, after looking online for the address of that product it shows the address of https://ledlightsofatlanta.com/345-thickbox_default/2pc-blue-marine-boat-led-lighting-kit.jpg and the image pulls up online. But not in the back office. Thank you in advance for you help.
  11. I found the problem, it has to do with the Bing validating code that Bing requires to be placed in the header.tpl file. Placing this code in the file disrupts the file and causes the issue. After removing the code, everything went back to normal. Chris
  12. I disabled all three, Advanced URL Module under Modules, non PrestaShop modules and All Overrides under Advanced Parameters > Performance at the same time as well and my meta title still says the same. "Your SEO optimized title" Is there a solution? Chris
