Can you explain step by step which you followed? I think it is correct, maybe you missed some steps. Or at least try to delete your caching and test it again. Sometime it due to caching problem.

Do you mean the rating and review for each CMS page?

There are two cases: 1. The discounts were created from catalog rules, then go to "Admin -> Price Rules -> Catalog Price Rules", then remove it. 2. The discounts were created manually in each product, the go to each product and delete them in "Price" tab. Hope this help!
