  1. Hello, I freshly installed Prestashop 1.7.4.4. on my server. On my server Prestashop 1.7.2.4. works fine, I can just install it via the interface of the hoster. The update to Prestashop 1.7.4.4. with the 1-click modul didnt work. Neither with the version from the marketplace, nor with the beta version from github. So, I deleted this installation and tried to install PS 1.7.4.4. The installation process just finishes normal. But when I try to access the frontpage, there are many images missing (see screenshot). Also if I replace an image with another image, it still doesnt work. When I try to access the BO, I just get the internal server error. Nothing more. Activating the debug mode via FTP was not working. I set it in the defines.inc.php file but I got the same Internal Server Error. So, after digging into this problem and searching through this great board for a solution, I found out, that there might be a problem with the .htaccess file of the admin folder: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/909265-error-500-while-installing-1743/?do=findComment&comment=2994820 So I just marked the section as a comment: # <IfModule mod_negotiation.c> # #Options -MultiViews # </IfModule> I also thought that the problem with the images might be the same, but in this .htaccess file there was no such lines. So I just deactivated the .htaccess file by renaming it to backup.htaccess. Now everything works. BUT: I just think that there might be a huge security problem. Could somebody help me and tell me, how else I could solve my problem and what the reason is? I am quite lost to be honest and I need to get this shop running. Kind regards, maheu
  2. Hello, I am searching for a module which allows the costumer to leave his e-mail adress, in case his desired product is out of stock. It must be also possible for him to choose, which product variation he would like to buy, when it is back in stock. So not just: Notify me when T-Shirt X is back in stock, but notify me when T-Shirt X in size M in colour Grey is back in stock. Also it should be easy to see in the back office, how many customers want to be notified for which product in which variation. Like 10 customers want T-Shirt X in grey and M, 8 customers want T-Shirt Y in S and yellow, etc. Or even better: T-shirt X: 10 want it in Grey/M, 4 want it in Yellow/S, etc. I guess you got my point I am not looking in particular for a free plugin, I am happy to pay for good plugins which solve my needs. Thanks in advance for your help! Cheers!
  3. Sorry, where can I do that?
  4. Ah, I didnt see that. And how can I read out the payments? Cheers!
  5. Hello! Here are the screenshots. Cheers!

  7. Thank you! I talked with my accountant and this way is fine. Cheers!
  8. Unfortunately not. I have to have a document for every transaction. So if I pay something I have to show the invoice I got and if I recieve money, I have to give an invoice.....
  9. Hello! Normal invoice which every customer gets after paying the order. Cheers!
  10. Hello, I have a question about invoices on Prestashop. I got an order which was terminated, so I refunded the money back to the customer. But in the invoice I don't see any note about this refund. I need it for my accountant. What can I do? Thanks in advance! Cheers!
  11. Hello, I am running an online store for a npo organisation. I wanted to give our workforce the possibility, to purchase the products just at product cost price, which I all added to the products in the catalog. The problem is, that we don't have a fixed margin on every product, but is is variable. E.g. Product A Sell Price: 10€ Product COst: 1€ Product B Sell Price: 10€ Product Cost: 3€ Is there a possibility, to sell to a certain group of people the products just for the price how much the product costs (plus VAT of course)? Thanks in advance! Cheers!
  12. Ok, the problem is solved. It seems to be a problem with nginx server and Symfony. You can find the solution here: https://www.mijnpresta.nl/en/blog/prestashop-17-and-nginx
