  1. I have a weird problem. I imported products, but prices don't show. On the product's page, under Information -> Options -> Show Price is unchecked. But it's greyed out and I can't seem to figure out how to get it checked to show the price. [EDIT] Obvious problem is obvious. I imported the products with show prices set as 0. Nevermind. So on another note then, why is the show price checkbox greyed out?
  2. I have a store that manufactures its own good. These goods are shipped to different stores of the same franchise. But the price of the goods would obviously be cheaper at the manufacturing store, than the store(s) they were shipped to. I have a store, with multiple branches/stores, but all in the same company. The pricing is different depending on the store it is bought from. Ideally, i'd want to keep the url of the shop the same, and allow the customer to select the closest store / or preferably the website find the closest store based on the clients position although not necessary. The store also caters for COC (cash on collection). How can I achieve this? So I'd need two (or more) prices for each product, depending where it is bought from. I somehow understand I need the multistore function here, but how do I add the price depending on the store, and also how does warehouses come into the picture? I'm struggling to understand when and where to use a multistore and warehouse? Can someone clarify on this and perhaps guide me on this approach. Thank you :-)
  3. Thank you very much Jered. It was indeed the layered navigation module. Not all categories were checked. :-)
  4. So if I click on one parent category, products show just fine there. Flooring http://dev.cogit.co.za/pekay/3-flooring However, on another parent category, it doesn't? Adhesives http://dev.cogit.co.za/pekay/20-adhesives All the products and categories were csv imported and each product is only associated with it's specific category and not the parent category as well. If i manually set a product (that isn't showing in parent category) to show in both parent and it's category then yes I have the desired affect. But this doesn't make sense why some work as intended and others not. Would anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
  5. SOLUTION Cpanel support helped me by commenting out RLimitMem from httpd.conf and restarting Apache.
  6. Thanks for the reply. I did as you suggested - it echos out 256M. I've tried upping the memory in the global memory limit - doesn't change the errors I'm getting at all. Think I'm going to open a ticket with cpanel. I am the server provider :-) but a newbie server admin lol.
  7. My server had updated EasyApache 3 to EasyApache 4, which installed a MuliPHP manager - meaning I can select which php to use for a website. After configuring the php 5.6 ini to have memory limit of 128M. I still get this error. [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/***/modules/statsnewsletter/statsnewsletter.php: Out of memory (allocated 52428800) (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) I've tried adding ini_set in the config file, tried changing the php version, nothing seems to be changing this memory limit. I manually created a phpinfo() page, which is in the website directory, confirms that the memory limit is indeed 128M and no matter how high I change this value to, it still gives me the same error message. This error is occuring after trying to access the modules and services page. I get a similar out of memory error after trying to import csv products. SOLUTION Cpanel support helped me by commenting out RLimitMem from httpd.conf and restarting Apache.
