How satisfied are you with the ebay module from 202ecommerce?

Hello, Have you solved this issue? I'm trying to do the same: applyDomesticPromoShippingProfile and applyIntlPromoShippingProfile turned ON in every Sync. Now, to offer combined shipping I have to do it via eBay after everytime the module syncs... Thank you!
