  1. Hello, I have seen many posts regarding the error of "There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected," and I have already fixed all the possible causes that I know of. There also seems to be no congruency, by that I mean this error shows up for some people, and not for others, even though the conditions are the same. I created 2 new Zones: North America (US Only), and North America (Non-US), and assigned the United States country to the first zone, and the rest of the North America ones to the second zone. I did not delete the original North America zone. We are using the U.S.P.S. Premium shipping module from PrestaShop. I set up 2 carriers, a default carrier that has free shipping, and only ships to the North America (US Only) zone, and a second USPS International carrier that ships to every zone except the US Only zone, and uses the shipping module to calculate shipping cost. All Zones, Countries, and States are enabled. Both carrier details are in attached images. Again, it seems like occasionally the system will let someone order from another country, but most of the time it seems to give the "There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected" error. I'm not sure what else to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  2. I also have SSL enabled on all pages, but the problem still occurs for me. There was actually a period of about 2 weeks or so where the problem just seemed to stop for no reason, then it suddenly came back about a week ago. We didn't do anything different during the 2 weeks, so I'm not sure why it's so random.
  3. Anybody got any information on this? This has been going on for a while and we really need a solution as well as I'm sure the OP does.
  4. It would make sense that this would be related. Perhaps this occurs when it is trying to create an order from the cart upon returning from PayPal. Still don't know what would cause it though.
  5. I am getting the same issue where no order is created even though payment is received in PayPal. I am also using Prestashop version 1.6.1.6, and I am using PayPal USA, Canada version 1.3.9. I do not get the error in my logs that you do. The only entry in my logs that could be related is one that says "Frontcontroller::init - Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart" and it has an error code of 0x 0, but I'm not sure if this is related to the PayPal issue or not. This is a very irritating issue that has been going on for a while, and as Marek said, it is sporadic for me as well.
  6. Has there been a solution to this yet? We also need something like this in place, whether it's an add-on or a feature that I haven't discovered yet. Same reason as OP, we need the dimensions for USPS to calculate shipping correctly.
  7. I realize this topic is 5 years old, but this is the exact question I'm wondering myself, and rather than create a new topic, I figured I'd just revive this one. Is it possible to automatically set the status to Delivered? (If I need to create a new topic, that's fine, but I wasn't sure either way)
  8. Alright. Was hoping there was something I was overlooking, or some sort of trick to accomplish this. I'll keep looking through the add-ons, but if I can't find anything, I guess we'll just have to have the physical products as 1 product, and PDFs as a separate product. Thanks for the reply.
  9. I'm not sure if there's a way to do this in Prestashop by default, or if there's an add-on already created that does this, or if it's even possible at all. This is the situation we're running into. We have a book on our store that can either by the physical book, or a PDF download. If we set the product to a physical product, we want to be able to use combinations (with a dropdown) for the customer be able to select PDF as the "Book Type," and then switch the product to a virtual product so they receive the download link after purchase, but if they select "Normal," then they are ordering the physical book instead. Is there a way to do this, either in Prestashop, or in an add-on for Prestashop? If I need to clarify the problem, please let me know. Thanks!
