  1. For those still having problems... I've found a resolution... I've moved to WooCommerce and I'm able to create custom orders with no problems and able to do a lot more to!
  2. Hi, I'm encountering the same problem when trying to make a custom order for someone and getting no success. Dont seem to be getting any response from anyone either. Reference this thread - https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/559975-custom-order-generates-paypal-fault/?view=getlastpost
  3. PayPal v3.11 - by PrestaShop Website Payments Standard. The issue's im encountering are shown in a screen shot in the first post...
  4. Problem is no data is being sent to PayPal because as soon as we click on "I confirm my Order", it just takes us to the next page where it comes up with a "Error Encountered" but doesnt say what the error is..
  5. Hi, We've been creating the order in Prestashop then attempting to go into the cart and pay straight away so there is no delay. Alternative to making a custom order for someone is by doing what you said, doing it via a PayPal invoice but that defeats the point of making a order on behalf of a customer
  6. Hi, I have enabled the minimum order amount on m website and when it gets to the checkout and customer put's in there detail's before the customer can click pay it comes up with a notice to the customer informing them that they do not have enough value in their cart to continue. Great! My question is, is there any way to edit that warning/notice so the customer can see a different warning text from the default one? On a side question, is there anyway to add notices on the website to inform customers of this limit/new change? Regards
  7. Hi, I am aware there is an option for this hence my query for further information. So what you are saying is even if the customer users a coupon code, aslong as the base price before coupon's is above £5, the order is valid?
  8. Hi, We are looking to introduce a minimum order value of £5 before a order will be validated. If someone order's a product and uses a coupon code that brings the order total below the minimum order value of £5, will Prestashop allow the customer to order or will it disallow the customer to order? Secondly, Will postage be taken into account with minimum order or is the minimum order value simply based on the checkout cart not postage? Regards
  9. Hi, I sell fudge on our website and the most popular type of fudge weighs 200g. I have postage setup that anything between 0-999g is charged at £3.35 I've noticed that today people who have ordered 2x 200g (400g total) blocks have been charged £6.70 postage which is double what it should be. I've checked and only thing different between products using ASM and not using ASM is ones using ASM are selected in the warehouses tab in the product edit screen. When someone has been ordering something that's not in ASM and is in ASM, it creates a double order in the back office and also charges the customer £6.70 postage instead of £3.35. I've unticked the products that have warehouses selected and tried to order again and it works as it should, £3.35 postage so I've worked it out, its something to do with ASM. My configuration for ASM is WA:Weighted Average, is this correct or should I be using something else? And how can I stop this issue from happening again? Regards
  10. Hi, I've created a order on behalf of a customer (created an account and order for them), sent the email asking for the customer to complete the "Process the payment of your order" .they went through the process and confirmed the order and selected "I confirm my order" and it should of taken them to paypal but instead it came up with an error. The user was unable to tell me what the error was. I tried it my self and made a order for my self and went through the same process. Clicked on the "I confirm my order" and took me to another page(not paypal) and it just say's "Error Occured:" No actual error code or anything at all. I'm not sure the actual problem at all. I'm using Paypal as the payment processor. I've attached the error I'm getting, any suggestions would be appreciated
